The house is situated in Riverbend Gardens Bedworthpark, a suburb outside of Vereeniging. This place is close to North-West University, and there's two shopping complexes about a kilometer away. The guest bedroom has its own bathroom and fully furnished cupboards and an office desk. There kitchen and the laundry room are the only shared spaces. Guests have their own covered parking. It is relatively quite place, ideal for people on business trips and those who are in need of an affordable place.

It is a 3 Bedroom house, so the guest will be sharing the kitchen and laundry room with two other people who stay at the house. Guests have their own bathroom and WiFi can be arranged at an extra cost. The place is relatively quite and peaceful. In terms of security the house has a security gate that is locked at all times.
