Known for its historic downtown, beach, parks, golf clubs and lakes, be near it all in a peaceful private Estate. This magnificent gated home sits in 2.5 professionally landscaped acres. It has unique suites that are rented for weekend getaways, weekly & monthly rentals.
Eignin
This bedroom with en-suite bathroom is located in the first floor of Casa VanBauer. It is available for short term rental with a minimum 3 month commitment. It has a private entrance from the front and your own parking space. You will share the common living room, foyer and kitchen of the first floor w/ one other suite. There are four floors in our beautiful home with three separate kitchens and laundry rooms. As a guest, enjoy access to the pool, heated spa, sauna and workout room (varies by season).
All utilities included!
The two suites in this floor are identical in space and furnishings. Rent one or both.
