Stay at this recently renovated, modern & bright spacious apartment. Located 600m from New Brighton Beach and close to New Brighton Farmers Markets. Whilst the balcony is private, you can see the ocean and south to Byron Bay. Less than 10 minutes drive to Brunswick Heads where you will be charmed by the beauty of this little village. Check in times are between 3-6pm

Eignin
The property faces north-east so have wonderful sea breezes - perfect in Summer. There are ceiling fans in all of the rooms on the lower level and a floor fan in the bedroom on the mezzanine. The property is very cool in Summer as it's shady. As this is my home I would always appreciate that guests treat the space with as much respect as I do as I do live here from time to time throughout the year, but when I'm not here the whole space is available to guests (with exception of the swimming pool part of the complex).

Internet included 200GB WIFI per month (additional charges to be paid for by guest when 200GB is exceeded. $10 for every 10 GB over 200).

The recently renovated apartment has everything you'll need to stay comfortably and safely near the sea. The main bedroom, bathrooms, dining and living areas are all on the lower level. The space is clean and practical, with WIFI, linen bedding, filtered coffee machine and a large format TV for movie nights after a day at the beach. It is up to the guest if they want to connect the TV to the internet. It is particularly suitable for people wanting a space to unwind, with a small room upstairs with a single bed, yoga mat and wardrobe. Complete with fly screens and ceiling fans (although the sea breezes will keep you cool and calm). The space is very private with glimpses of the ocean both north and south. The unit is within walking distance to the beach (600m). The space has been thoughtfully curated to provide you with an elegant retreat.

The main bedroom complete with a Queen size bedroom and private en-suite faces the ocean. The second bedroom on the mezzanine level has a single bed. The ceiling is low in height. It has a walk-in wardrobe and lots of natural light. The bathroom for someone using this room is downstairs.

The living room boasts a large screen SMART TV complete with a Bose speaker. The speaker is necessary for the TV sound. There are lots of classic movies on DVD in the TV unit, so rest easy on the sofa after a day on the beach.

Ceiling fans throughout however the sea breeze makes them rarely necessary.

The Moncondo is the space for guests. Whilst the apartment is within a larger complex, the space does not include access to the pool. A secure and covered garage is available for small cars. Larger vehicles will need to park in the main car park nearby. Full check-in details for self check-in are found in the app.

The washing machine is located within the kitchen space and there is an outdoor clothesline (and pegs) out in the courtyard. Washing powder, clothes basket also available and a clothes horse to dry towels or precious items on the balcony (undercover). For wet weather, I can recommend the laudromat at Ocean Shores Village. The facilities are clean and well priced.

The main bedroom does not have block out curtains. This was an obvious decision as the natural light is lovely and you can drop the deck blind in the evening to make the room darker for the morning sun.

An oil heater is available for cooler nights. There are blankets (cotton) and a duvet available for the beds.

This is a very quiet complex so I would be grateful if you respect the neighbour's privacy and space and the speed limit 15kmph observed.

The apartment is located in a building overseen by a body corporate. I privately own and run my apartment as an Airbnb; however, I would be grateful that guests respect the property is governed by by-laws.

Brunswick Heads is the perfect place for a lazy organic breakfast. There are takeaway options (coffee and food) during the current community operating hours (please observe any COVID19 restrictions).
