This cozy little house is located just a few minutes from Fort Sill Main Gate. Large, fenced backyard shaded by trees for privacy and meditation. The neighborhood is an older, established neighborhood, but close to everything you need to make your stay in Lawton, OK memorable and enjoyable! New carpets and flooring will enhance your feelings of comfort. The house features Wifi and a monitored security system for your protection.

HOW TO OPERATE THE FUTON:
1) Please move coffee table against the wall under the T.V.
2) Move Futon at least a foot away from the back wall (to prevent scraping the wall)
3) From the front, lift up on the front and slowly allow the back to drop down until flat.
4) The bedding is in the closet. Please use the mattress cover over the Futon with sheets and blankets.
PUTTING THE BED AWAY (Two man operation):
1) Use two people: One at each end of the bed.
2) Each person place hand on back corner. Second hand on the middle at the crease.
3) While lifting on the back corner, simultaneously push down on the middle crease until the Futon locks into original position.
