Welcome to The Roost @ Wild Mountain Ranch LLC.
We welcomed our first vacation rental guests to The Roost @ Wild Mountain Ranch LLC with VRBO on June 1, 2014. This is now our ninth year hosting families. We enjoy welcoming vacation guests from America and around the world. In recent years, we also began hosting on Airbnb and that has been a wonderful partnership!

Truly a “slice of heaven” here on earth, our property has 20 private acres. We are surrounded by an additional 959 acres of conservation land in The Gallatin Valley Land Trust making our property the best of both worlds. We are right next to town with Costco/restaurants/shopping(only 6 miles!!) yet out just far enough to enjoy the peace & quiet of nature and wildlife. Our mountain views surround you and they are unbelievably breathtaking! We are 15 minutes from the airport and downtown Bozeman. There are three popular hiking trails in our neighborhood area.

Our beautiful and fully remodeled three bedroom/one bath home is charming and functional. *Our home is strictly kept animal-free due to guest allergies.*

*New Hot Springs hot tub install and our hot tub is always available for year round use.
*Two new DeLonghi Pinguino 15,000 BTU Portable Air Conditioners added upstairs & downstairs for hot June/July/August days. They cool the lower level & upstairs level excellently. There are ceiling fans in every room making it cool and comfortable all summer! Both levels of the house stay cool and comfortable in the summer, June 1st to Sept 1st with the two portable 15,000 BTU
A/C units and ceiling fans in every room.

*The 1st bedroom is on the main level with a queen bed and large walk-in closet. The queen bed has a brand new luxury Nolah mattress set. We also added new luxurious bedding. This bedroom is perfect for guests that don’t want to use any stairs while vacationing.

*The second and third bedrooms are upstairs on the second level of the house.
-The second bedroom has a King bed with a new luxury Nolah evolution 15 mattress set.
-The third bedroom also has a King bed and a new luxury Nolah evolution 15 mattress set. Expect the best in all the bedrooms, with new sheets and new duvet cover sets.

*The one full bathroom with laundry room is directly inside the entry area, to the left, on the main level. The bathroom isn’t connected to any of the bedrooms. It is in a separate, private area of the house with plenty of privacy!

The kitchen is beautiful with new stainless steel appliances. We have new Pioneer Woman pans to cook with. There is a new Pioneer woman crockpot and a new 6 qt Pioneer Woman Instant pot for the family chef to enjoy! There’s a large George Foreman grill and an air fryer if you’d like to
use those. Our kitchen also has a Kitchen Aid
artisan stand mixer if you’d like to bake cookies or cakes.

There is a beautiful Montana log dining room table with seating for eight. The kitchen has a gas cooktop with oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and plenty of countertop and cabinet space.
The Keurig coffeemaker is on the kitchen countertop. We have coffee K-cups stocked for our guests. Feel free to bring your favorite coffee pods along. There is also a drip coffeemaker in the entry area pantry closet if you’d prefer to use that. There are filters/ground coffee, tea for guests to enjoy.

Upstairs is the entertainment loft with TV, DVD. The loft has two large couches to relax on while watching the NEW 65” flat screen TV. There is a round bar height table w/4 chairs for eating and playing cards & board games.
Our Centurylink high speed internet/wifi is fast. Our verizon cell phone signal is very strong here.

There is a $199 fee for the hot tub company to drain/clean/sanitize the hot tub when you depart.
The cleaning team charges $200 to sanitize and clean the house. They also take all the bedding(sheets and duvet cover sets) to the laundrymat in town. They wash all the bedding (duvet cover sets and sheet sets) between each group.
Total fees are $399 for the hot tub company, cleaning team, and the laundrymat bedding fees.

New as of June 2022: Our Cadillac Escalade ESV (with 7 seats and a large trunk area) is now for rent on Turo under Melody W. for $225/day. We offer free pick-up and delivery to and from the Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport for your convenience.
The airport car rental companies and Turo also offer smaller vehicles if you’d prefer a compact car.

We are close to the Bridger Creek golf course in Bozeman. We are close to town, only 6 miles to Costco/restaurants/shopping.
The Bridger Mountains are your backdrop here at The Roost. Parking is covered and right next to the front covered patio. Additional parking directly in front of our home in the driveway headed to the barn area.

Welcome to Wild Mountain Ranch LLC in Bozeman, Montana! Our family (Edin, Melody and three kiddos) will be your hosts. We are a hard working, honest and friendly family.

I have been a full-time Union carpenter for over 20 years. I love working with tools and enjoy my job.

My wife and I purchased this property in October of 2012. Over the next two years, we gutted out both homes and completely remodeled them, inside and out! They are both gorgeous now, with 360 degree breathtaking mountain views! Close to all that Bozeman offers, its only a 6 mile drive to Costco, shopping and restaurants.

Wild Mountain Ranch LLC is a 20 acre oasis close-in to town! It has 360 degree mountain views surrounded by another 959 acres of conservation land in Gallatin Valley trust. Offering the best of both worlds: privacy, yet so close to town!

We are a peaceful and respectful family. It’s really quiet at our property, you’ll enjoy your time here in the mountains watching the wildlife and taking in the mountain views!
