Indulge in the comfort of this bright, contemporary city center guesthouse. The space features an open-concept layout with tasteful furnishings and decor. This stylish house has everything to make you feel at home – WiFi, TV, washer and dryer, queen size bed, well-equipped kitchen, lounge areas, and outdoor patio with lush garden and grill. The house is perfectly located in a charming neighborhood where you will find local specialty stores, restaurants, and parks all within walking distance.

Eignin
The guest house is a separate structure that is located next to the alley on a corner lot. It is accessed through the alley with its own exterior entrance. There is abundant on-street parking steps from the entrance.

The house has a modern, spacious, bright, open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen and laundry, a beautiful, comfortable living room, 4 person dining table for eating or work, a lounge area with a record player/records, and a TV for a fun or romantic night in. You can log into your streaming account or browse the Samsung TV channels. There is no cable. The upstairs loft also has a smaller TV, a retro video game console, and over 800 games. The main bedroom has a queen bed and walk-in closet and up the fun spiral staircase to the loft, you will find the other bedroom with a sitting lounge area that converts to a bedroom with an armoire closet and sleeper sofa. The fully equipt bathroom is accessed through the main bedroom and includes a shower, bathtub, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, hair dryer, and a bidet. Outside you will find a small breakfast nook area with a table and two chairs. Located behind the house, you can enjoy the shared garden patio and grill with a larger eating area (the grill is not available during the winter months). The location is perfect whether you're here for the city or nature with easy access to downtown, the University of Denver, shops, restaurants, parks, golf, concerts, trails, or the mountains.

A detailed guest manual with a curated list of local recommendations and a number of visitor guides are provided.

And I almost forgot, on the weekends upon request and for a small fee per person, we can provide you with a fabulous Venezuelan brunch that will surely satisfy your grumbling tummy.

Quiet yet fun centrally located neighborhood. Close to the light rail, bus stops, grocery stores, highways, bike path, Library, golf, concert venues, antique and vintage stores, best restaurants in town, fitness and yoga centers, parks, and historic old Pearl Street. Only a short walk to one of the best parks in Denver, Washington park. Great park for people watching, picnics, or exercising. Or take a quick 5 minute walk to Platt Park and visit the beautiful library and family friendly playground. You can take the light rail from the airport to either Broadway or Louisiana station. From either station it's about a 10 minute walk to the house. I would recommend going to the Louisiana station and walking through the Platt Park neighborhood.

Hello! We are Tim and Johanna,

We are a small family of 3 with a great passion for the peoples and cultures of the world, exploring new places, lounging on the beach or in the mountains, and eating great food. I was born in Mbabane, Swaziland but grew up in Denver, Colorado from the age of one. I consider myself a Denver native. Johanna is from Venezuela and has been in Denver for over 10 years. I work for a vacation rental management company (I manage this property on my own) and Johanna is a clinical therapist.

We are fun and easygoing and really love meeting new people. We’ve stayed in Airbnbs all over the world and have met some great people on our adventures. We love Airbnb and understand what is needed to make a rental special for guests.

My favorite things in the world are music (I play the piano!), running, and reading non-fiction, and Johanna loves gardening, cooking, and home design. Oh, and I love coffee!

Along with English, we both speak Spanish. Whether we are staying at your place or sharing ours, we look forward to meeting you.

When you arrive, we are available to give you a quick tour of the home and answer any questions you might have. During your stay, guests will have all the privacy they desire. However, if you need something or have a question, the host lives right next door. We also have a keyless entry code set so you can arrive without social interaction and never worry about keeping track of a key. You will receive an email message the morning of your arrival with all the check-in information. Please review it and let me know if you have any questions.

Upon the guest's request and a small fee per person, the host can prepare a delightful Venezuelan brunch on Saturday and Sunday. Please give the host a couple of day's notice.
