Our apartments are walking distance to restaurants, night life, shopping and the best coffee shop is only half a block away! Both units are meticulously clean and very comfortable. We are located very close to the Katy Depot Train Station and only a hop skip and a jump to Katy Trail for all you bicycle enthusiasts.

THE SPACE - Second-floor unit. Must walk up a flight of steep stairs to access (see picture). The floor plan is perfect for entertainment or work with one bedroom and one full bathroom. The open concept allows you to prepare delicious meals while interacting with your family and friends. Enjoy the beautiful original woodwork throughout the apartment.

KITCHEN - Fully equipped with stainless steel appliances. Dishwasher. Coffee maker.

LIVING ROOM - Sofa sleeper (Queen). Large flat screen TV with Roku. Free WiFi. No cable.

BEDROOM - Queen size bed. Linens provided. Ironing board. Iron. Alarm clock.

BATHROOM - Stand up shower. Hairdryer. Plush towels. Shampoo. Soap.

ENTRY - Keypad entry on side door to enter building. Separate keypad entry on apartment door. Keyless entry codes will be sent to you in advance.

GENERAL - Great view of historic downtown Sedalia. Washer and dryer in hallway. Helpful guidebook with local shopping and restaurants.

PARKING - Free parking on street and ample parking in community lot across the street.

Our building is over 100 years old. Built in 1905 it was a grocery store for most of its life, with a short stint as Shaw Music and Confectionery. Middleton-Peters was the last grocery store before Gerald Cecil expanded his television/bicycle business to the corner in the 1950's. Mr. Cecil remained there until it closed. It is a beautiful building!
