The location has good access to public transportation (300m walk to tram, bus & train stops). In the apartment there is a full size bed (140x200cm) and a sofa bed. The bedroom is tiny, but the living room has lot of space.

Guests have access to fully equipped kitchen (microwave, fridge, stove & all necessary essentials)) + washing machine. Baby crib is available on request.

Eignin
The apartment is located in the city center area (the Old Town is 3km away!), but the closed garden and private entrance directly from the ground floor, let's you feel that you are somewhere in private place, almost like in your own house not in the apartment :)

Free Private Parking is available in the private yard. It is a city center area and mostly all public parking spots are paid, plus it is really hard to find a free spot when you need it.


The Old Town is 3km away (30-40min by walking, with public transportation 10min). Tram, bus and train stops, all located near by and reached by 3-4min walk.


It is a 2-room apartment, with separate bedroom with full size bed (140x200cm) and connected kitchen and living room area, where there is sofa what can be used as an extra bed.


The apartment is suitable for 2 persons to feel comfortable, but when needed can fit also 3 persons.
In the kitchen there are washing machine (you should have your own washing-powder), fridge, microwave with grill function, induction stove, water kettle, basic kitchenware for cooking and eating, you will also find the salt, pepper, sugar and cooking oil.

There is also a Fresh Press Coffee Maker, but you should get your own coffee.

In the bedroom you will find an iron, an ironing board and a drying rack + clothes hangers.

In the bathroom there is a hair dryer.

There is a direct tram line from the Tallinn Airport and the Central Bus Station.

One window is facing to the street (can be hear some street noise), other is facing to the private garden.

No pets allowed.

Travel Baby crib is available on request (does not fit to the bedroom).

Kitseküla (Estonian for "Goat Village") is a subdistrict (asum) of the district of Kesklinn (Midtown) in Tallinn, the capital of Estonia. It has a population of 4,053 (As of 1 January 2015).

Kitseküla is situated between two railway corridors so there are several stations surrounding it: "Tallinn-Väike" on the Tallinn–Pärnu/Viljandi line; "Lilleküla", "Tondi" and "Järve" on Tallinn–Paldiski/Riisipere line and "Kitseküla" on Tallinn–Aegviidu line. All these stations are served by Elron trains.
