Beautifully furnished one-bedroom apartment with a magnificent view of the city.

The bedroom has a queen-size bed, side tables (adjustable) and lamps. In front of the bed, a 43 inches TV with local and international channels and a wardrobe for your luggage and hangers for your clothes.

You can dine on the sofa or at the bar counter while admiring the outside view.

The kitchen is equipped with mini-fridge, electric kettle, mugs, coasters and dining utensils for two. Dishwashing products will be provided.

The bathroom has a shower with water heater, a mirror, a body wash dispenser and a bin.

Towels, bedroom linens, hairdryer, ironing board and flat iron are provided.

WIFI is available at a speed of 15 MBPS.

A phone which can be found in the wardrobe for calls from the reception. Typically used to allow the food delivery person to have access in the building.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

- Please note that the Building Administration requires a copy of the guests' IDs and proof of vaccination (or if unvaccinated, a negative RT-PCR test result). We need to obtain this before the check-in day. Only guests whose names were submitted to the Building Security and Building Administration offices are allowed in the building. If there are additional persons to be accommodated, please inform us.

- WiFi access information to be provided upon turn-over of keys.

- No smoking allowed in the unit.

- No pets allowed in the unit.

- One-time set-up of linens and towels. Change of linens and towels will be done weekly for our guests staying for more than one week.

- The guests will be responsible for their personal laundry. A laundry service is available in the compound.

- Guests will have to buy/bring their own toiletries (shampoo/toothpaste/etc) and other consumables. (the Body wash is provided)

- For safety purposes, kindly turn off all the electricity whenever you leave the room.

- Please throw your garbage at the garbage room.

- The unit is strictly for residential purpose only.

- As the unit is not designed for kids, guests with kids are expected to take extra caution for their kids' safety when staying in the unit.

** Cleaning fee and change of beddings can be arranged with a fee of USD 20 **

Parking is also available but for a fee: P40.00 for the first 4 hours and P10.00 for every succeeding hour thereafter.

Alternatively, you can park at the nearby SM North EDSA mall: P50.00 per entry; P350 for overnight parking.
