Our 2,100 sq. foot, comfortable home which features 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths is a great escape for a mountain adventure. It's located in a quite neighborhood less than a 5 minute drive to Vail Ski Resort, away from the hustle and bustle, and isolated from the I-70 noise.

A short 1/4 mile up the hill gives you a beautiful view of the Gore Range and the Vail Valley. You are just a 5 minute drive to the Vail Village parking structures, and walking distance from the North Trail trailhead for great hikes. The mountain biking from the house is exceptional as well.

This home is equipped with a full kitchen, fireplace, large dining table and private deck with a grill. It is fully furnished and offers all the comforts of home. The mountain decor, an open concept floor plan, comfortable furnishings and linens all contribute to its warm atmosphere.

We are taking appropriate steps to prepare for your stay, and have asked all housekeepers to adhere to the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidance relative to cleaning and disinfecting. In addition to their regular rigorous cleaning regimen, they are following housekeeping best practices, paying close attention to high touch surfaces, and using the EPA-approved disinfectants for hard (non-porous) surfaces, soft (porous) surfaces and electronics. Linens, towels, bedsheets, etc. are washed per manufacturer's guidelines. We are also minimizing person-to-person contact from check-in through departure. One of the ways we're doing this is through no-contact guest access via our keyless entry system. We look forward to welcoming you and hosting your stay.

COVID-19 Cancellation Policy (applies to reservations booked after April 21, 2020): A payment of $300 is required to reserve the property at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is fully refundable if the reservation is canceled at least 30 days prior to the arrival date, which is when the full reservation payment is due. After the final payment is made, and up to 7 days prior to arrival, the dates of the reservation may be changed without penalty (note the nightly rate might be higher) or 100% of the payment amount can be applied as a credit for a future stay (within 12 months of the booking date). Cancellations or changes to the reservation that result in a shortened stay, which are made within seven (7) days prior to the scheduled arrival date, will forfeit the entire reservation amount.
