This enormous, two bedroom two bathroom north facing Penthouse apartment has sweeping views across the city and Auckland Harbour. Right in the heart of the city, this apartment is incredibly quiet and comes with access to two gorgeous pools, two hot tubs, an all-weather tennis court, a sauna and two gyms! The height of luxury, this Penthouse really is an extra special place with every comfort you can imagine including air-conditioning, super fast WiFi and on-site parking for you as well!

The master suite has a king size bed with ensuite bathroom with shower and has a private balcony with views of the Sky Tower. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and is directly opposite the main bathroom with bath and separate shower, and this bedroom opens onto the main north facing balcony.

When you open the front door, you are mesmerised by the incredible view, but once you tear your eyes away, you will find your home-away-from-home has all the creature comforts you demand and deserve: the main room of the apartment has a giant kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher and stone bench tops with bar stools at the kitchen bench. The living area is stylish and well appointed with a flat screen TV with Sky TV and a DVD player, and in the dining area there is a dining table with six chairs that opens up on to the private north facing balcony with stunning views of the Harbour and Harbour Bridge.

The dining area and both bedrooms open up onto the balconies surrounding the apartment. Both balconies have a set of table and chairs so you can sit back and enjoy the stunning views across the Hauraki Gulf and Auckland Harbour. The Sky Tower is also visible from one of the balconies and the Harbour Bridge is visible from both balconies.

As this Penthouse is located in a hotel complex you get the benefit of being able to use the hotel's facilities and amenities including the restaurant, bars, gyms, pools, tennis court, sauna, hot tubs, hairdresser and masseur, as well as the on-site secure parking garage.

Monthly Stays: We have a 20% discount factored into the price if you book for 28 nights or more. We can also accommodate long-term stays at our apartments so please send us a message to enquire about this.

Personal Check-in 3:00pm - 9:00pm only: Someone will meet you at the apartment to show you in and answer any questions you may have during your stay. Please just confirm your ETA after booking.

Late Check-ins: We will be able to set up a key in a secure location for you if arriving after 9:00 pm at The Luggage Hotel (145 Quay St, Princes Wharf).

Parking: There is a free secure tandem carpark in the building allocated to this apartment

Check-in Time: Check-in time is after 3pm. If you need to check-in earlier, then please double-check with us first so we can confirm availability.

Luggage Storage: We cannot offer luggage storage inside the apartment but we can recommend The Luggage Hotel on Princes Wharf.

Optional Weekly Housekeeping: We can arrange extra weekly housekeeping during your stay if requested for the same price as the cleaning fee listed per clean. Please just send us a message if you need the extra cleaning as we will need to organise this with the cleaning company we use.

Amenities: We provide a starter pack of amenities to last you the first few days of your stay (4x shampoo, 4x bodywash, 6x tea/coffee, 4x toilet paper rolls, 1 pack of laundry powder, 1 pack of dishwashing powder, dishwashing liquid, cleaning spray and wipes) but you will need to purchase your own amenities after these run out.

Linens: We provide a full set of linens for each bed and a face cloth and shower towel per guest. Extra linens can be provided for a fee. Please inquire before your stay.

Checkout Time: Checkout time is at 10am.

This is a professionally managed apartment so you can expect the very best in service, but please note it is not a serviced apartment. As above, weekly housekeeping can still be arranged as an extra service.

Auckland, Nýja-Sjáland

Everything you need is within walking distance from the apartment! Here are some suggestions for things to see and do on your visit to Auckland:

Just up the road from the apartment (towards K Road) lies Aotea Square, Auckland's cultural centre. Surrounding the square you'll find the Town Hall, Aotea Centre, Event cinemas, and two theatres (The Civic and the Q). The square itself is a nice place to people watch and sip some coffee. An ice-rink is the main attraction here during winter, and this will be put up soon.

If you head North along Queen Street and then left along Quay Street you'll reach the Viaduct, which is where you'll find Auckland's amazing harbour, along with many bars and restaurants. The New Zealand Maritime Museum is here, as well as Silo Park where you can watch outdoor films for free in the evening. You can also catch ferries from here to the amazing islands in the Hauraki Gulf like Waiheke, Tiritiri Matangi, and Rangitoto, as well as go on a whale and dolphin safari.

If you head in the opposite direction along Queen Street (up the hill), you'll eventually reach Karangahape Road (a.k.a 'K' Road), where you'll find Auckland's alternative night scene. Many great bars, live music, shisha cafes, and cheap takeaways are what K Road is known for.

If you head East you'll reach Albert Park, also just a 5 minute walk from the apartment. Albert Park is a lovely place where you can chill and read, and the Auckland art gallery is next door on Wellesley Street. If you keep walking up Wellesley Street, past Auckland University, and across Grafton Road, you will eventually find Auckland Domain which is the biggest park in Auckland and has the Auckland War Memorial Museum, as well as an amazing botanical garden.

If you want to explore further Auckland then you can take a walk towards the Viaduct from the apartment. There you will find Britomart station. (Bus and train)

Apart from these mini adventures, Queen Street itself is lined with shops, bars, cafes, restaurants, live music venues, and more! Make sure you explore High Street as well, which lies just parallel to Queen Street. That whole area is very nice to walk, relax, or dine out in, and tends to be a bit cheaper than Queen Street.
