It's at the dead-end of the road, so you have 100% privacy and calm environment. Green and not industrial. Hardly anyone on the road. 5 minutes walk to the beach and train station, 3 minutes to Galle Road (A2), supermarkets and main bus-stand. You will find it very homely even though it is very close to the city. During off-peak, it is just 15 minutes drive to the heart of Colombo. 3rd floor is a 1000sqft rooftop for relaxing, sky watching... The host is a professional living in the UK.

A/C is not for the full apartment but only for the bedroom
The cooker is available with Gas, pots and pans but no oil, salt and other consumables as the brand etc. could depend on the guest's choice.

1. If you are planning to cook, cooker, gas and pots are there for your cooking but not the consumables such as salt and pepper which you could buy with your other groceries: shops are there in walking distance
2. A/C is for the bedroom only and pls keep the room door closed when the A/C is switched on. Otherwise, there is a risk of A/C machine being burnt out. You can switch on fans for the other sections of the house. Also pls don't forget to switch off the A/C and fans when you are going out. Let's not waste. :)
3. There are 2 sets of washed linen and you can wash and reuse them as much as you want. There is a washing machine on the rooftop or launderettes in walking distance.
4. Flat is cleaned at the check-in and interim cleaning during the stay will have to be done by you as you wish.
5. Pls, refrain from making loud noises after 10 pm as that could disturb the neighbourhood.
6. Pls check-out by 12 noon to avoid late checkout charges of $10 per hour. If you require a late checkout, pls negotiate on the previous day to avoid late checkout charges and we can only provide late checkout depending on availability. This is not to make money but it is very important for us to prepare the apartment for the next set of guests.
7. Early check-in is also possible depending on availability. Let me know.
8. If you talk to the next gate with the green wall the staff will meet you with the keys. But it is recommended for you to call before you go.
9. Power is supplied by the national grid and there is no backup supply. Even though it is not common, if there is a national grid failure, then there will not be power in the building. But there is an emergency lamp.
10. Pls, provide some valid identification at check-in for us to register you. This is a security requirement for your own safety and safety of others in the building.
11. No consumables such as tissues, soap, washing powder and toothpaste are provided. There are shops at walking distance for you to buy supplies of your choice.
12. In Sri Lanka, there is no unlimited internet yet. Therefore, kindly refrain from using more than the daily limit which is 3GB (8 am-midnight 1.5GB, midnight to 8 am 1.5GB)
