Beautiful 2-story home. This guest bedroom is located downstairs with a Queen BED & has a bathroom next to bedroom (sometimes private, sometimes shared). A quiet nice neighborhood. A unique home, very accommodating. Some ongoing home improvement projects, not to interfere w/ guests comfort. For the price, the accommodations are good. Only in Den/Study bedroom will pets be allowed and $20 pet fees and $50 deposit apply.

Limited use of the laundry room is available for $5/load.
