222 is a modern & homely 4 bedroom townhouse very conveniently situated to the east side of Cardiff a minute from the A48 arterial road which directly links to the M4 & the University Hospital of Wales. There are 2 designated parking spaces to the rear & free on street parking to the front. Transport & shopping options are plentiful, Cardiff East Park & Ride is on the A48 junction & the local Cardiff bus stops nearby. Several shops are located nearby i.e the local Onestop, Waitrose, Lidl & Aldi.

The house is modern and comfortable & has recently been refurbished so benefits from brand new beds, mattresses, linen & towels. Of the 4 bedrooms 2 have double beds, 1 has twin beds & a pull out trundle bed & the other also has twin beds & a futon chair/bed. The living area is comfortable & homely - a lovely space to relax & watch the Smart HDTV or make use of the Playstation, Nintendo Wii, board games & books provided. The adjoining conservatory is light & airy, it is fully double glazed & has underfloor heating & is a perfect dining area - there are even fairy lights for after dark. The kitchen is very well equipped with Alessi crockery & glassware, various cooking utensils & bakeware. There is a gas cooker, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, toaster & kettle provided. There is a ground floor toilet, a bathroom with bath tub & overhead shower on the 1st floor & an ensuite shower room on the 2nd floor. Toilet roll & wipes, hand soap, shower gel & shampoo are provided for guests. The house has free internet access & there is a highchair, travel cot/bedding & stair gate available if travelling with an infant. All four bedrooms have blackout blinds and new mattresses & bedding. There is a rear garden that is part paved, part decked with a washing line and outside store and access to the rear parking spaces. There is also a safe available to use if you would like to lock up any valuables.

The house is located in the Pentwyn suburb to the East of the city & is extremely convenient for travelling in & around Cardiff using the A48 arterial road which merges directly with the M4 to the East and also via the nearby Cardiff Gate M4 Junction 30 which exits both East & West. The house benefits from 2 designated car parking spaces at the rear & free street parking to the front, there is a nearby corner shop for essentials and also Waitrose, Lidl & Aldi stores just a short drive away & Asda just off the M4 Junction 30 exit. There are 2 local pubs, both a 10 minute walk away & 3 takeaway outlets close by if you are remaining local. There is a leisure centre and children's playground just around the corner. The University Hospital of Wales is just a couple of miles further along the A48 with direct access from the dual carriageway. There are a number of quick & easy options to access the City Centre that won't involve taking your vehicles.
