Beautiful apartment in the heart of Santiago. The apartment is completely renovated for our guests’ comfort, with thoughtful design touches. The space has a living room and dining area, and one full bedroom. The building is very central, and in a safe Santiago Centro location. Besides being only half a block from Santa Lucia metro station, you can easily walk to many tourist attractions around Santiago, the closest being the Cerro Santa Lucía Park, the National Library, and Barrio Lastarria.

Eignin
The apartment has clean design lines, but at the same time is fully furnished and nicely appointed for our guests’ comfort. The decoration includes custom furniture pieces and prints of Chilean art. The large windows allow for nice views of the city and the center of Santiago. The bedroom has a queen-size bed, and a large window. We also provide quality towels and linens. The en-suite bathroom has a shower/tub combo, and a marble vanity. The building has good water pressure and a centralized hot water tank, making for an excellent shower.

The kitchen is well-equipped, and has granite countertops, a modern glass-top stove, stainless-steel appliances, and a spacious Daewoo refrigerator and no-frost freezer. For full use of our guests, the kitchen space also has a small dining table, a microwave oven, and a Nespresso machine.

The apartment has high-speed internet and wifi (160 Mbps). We also offer a 43 inch, LG 4K LED television, in the living room. The TV has a digital antenna for HD Chilean TV, access to Netflix and its unlimited movies and series, and access to many international channels through the Smart TV function. The apartment also comes with a 20 watt bluetooth speaker, which can connect to your smartphone, tablet, etc., so that you can enjoy your own music and media.

The apartment has a high-quality electric heater with thermostat control for use during the winter months (approximately June to September). A heater is important because temperatures can drop to 32-34 Fahrenheit during some winter nights (0-2 Celsius). The moveable heater is able to maintain a comfortable and stable temperature in the room where it is placed, and will generally keep the entire apartment warm..
