This comfortable, cozy ski chalet offers a unique lodging experience in Breckenridge. The chalet is a single-family home, situated in the forested, private, and highly desirable Peak 7 location. It is a short 5 minute drive to Breckenridge Gondola lifts, 5 minutes to the Breckenridge Free Skier Parking, or 5 minutes to Breckenridge Downtown Main Street (restaurants, shops, and night life). It is a quiet and serene location, with minimal traffic, so you know you're truly in a home with “mountain experience". If you enjoy mountain views, safely viewing wildlife, and the coziness and spaciousness with the convenience of skiing and town 5 minutes away, then this is your perfect ski chalet. The chalet is a 3 bed/2 bath approx. 1750 sq. ft.; sleeps 8 comfortably.

Do you enjoy mountain views? Enjoy a cup of coffee with serenity and views of the mountain every morning. Enjoy star gazing night in your private hot tub or just hanging out in the oversized deck with views enjoying the Colorado sunshine with views of Mount Baldy. Outdoor dining table and grill provided for lounging on the deck.

The home has plenty of space inside and outside. It is surrounded by natural forest pines, and hiking trails are right within walking distance. Large Open Space around the exterior of the home. The home is 1750 Sq. feet. Compare that with your typical Breck condo which is ~800 Sq. Feet. You will have plenty of elbow room here.

This house is professionally maid service cleaned after every guest stay, no matter the guest's # of nights. Linens are refreshed after every guest, and the hot tub is professionally serviced after every guest stay as well. The house has a professional snow plow contract with a local provider, should you be lucky enough to enjoy a Winter Storm during your stay—the driveway will be plowed for your vehicle access without you lifting a finger.

House is close to Breckenridge bus system and free skier parking. House is also close to Downtown Breckenridge, but is a private, secluded area on Peak 7 mountain.

The Chalet is a great alternative to condominium properties, where families feel cramped and locked in to close quarters, condos don't have a full size kitchen, and you're staying amongst crowds and noise. This home is perfect for a family, group, or just a couple looking for more privacy and leg room, with the convenience of society not too far away. The chalet has the comforts of home in mind, with full size kitchen, dining room, separate living room, and separate hearth room with a fireplace. This is in addition to the 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, oversize outside deck, and walk-out patio. Each of the 3 bedrooms has a Queen-sized bed. Additionally, there is a sleeper pull out from the sofa in the living room. House has a Washer and Dryer for washing your clothes. The Fireplace in the hearth room is perfect for cozy family time, book reading, or just relaxing. There is plenty of parking for multiple cars at the property.

We will interact via email and phone to confirm your reservation, but the house is 100% yours and private. House is 100% for sole use for you during your guest stay (no room rentals or sharing).

** A Few Important Reminders when Booking on Minimum Stay Length Listed Below. Please read prior to Booking to avoid cancellations that would require Guest to initiate. Weekend Stays require a minimum of 2 Nights if includes a Friday or Saturday night. You must book both Friday and Saturday night if available, and not just 1 of those nights. If only 1 weekend night is available (Friday or Saturday Night), then please feel free to book without the other Weekend Night.
