Once booked please email me your IDs for easy check-in and check-out process. Guests must be registered with admin one day before check in.

Roomy condo in a centrally located commercial area good for couples, adventurers & business travelers. Good for 2-3 guests. Pay parking available in the basement. Fully equipped kitchen. Spacious bathroom. Inclusions are WiFi, cable, shower heater, aircon, iron, hair dryer, complete kitchen utensils.

NOTE: Keep the shower heater at a maximum of 75% only. DO NOT PUT IT ON FULL (100%) HEAT, it may short circuit.

There is a reception up front.

The building and location is very safe with 24x7 security.

Near PhilSports Arena which has a track and field oval, soccer field and olympic-sized pool for public use with a minimal fee.

A 5-10 minute walk to mall, restaurants, clinic/lab, nail and waxing salon, banks, mercury drugstore & jeep, bus and train stations.

10-minute walk or 5-minute tricycle ride to a fully-equipped, 24-hour gym called Anytime Fitness located at Pioneer Center (grocery and mall).
Free gym within Soho premises.

The Neighborhood
The Soho Central Private Residences is a newly built high rise condo right in the heart of the Greenfield District where you can find good bars, music, and restaurants of different variations. McDonald's, Wendy's, DQ, Chow King, Mang Inasal, Kanin Club famous for their crispy stuff and many others are less than a 5 minute walk from the condo as well.
There is also a park a minute walk away where the Greenfield night market is held every Friday and Saturday night, some Sundays. If you're lucky you will see some great local bands play there for free.
Next door at the ground floor is a 7-11 store. There is a Mercury drug store a 3-5 minute walk away. In case you require medical attention there is a medical facility at the second floor of the building. Reception can direct you to where this is if need be.

If you are Catholic, the Saint Francis church is across the street. You can also attend Sunday or Holiday mass at the Shangrila Mall and the SM Mega Mall.

This was made mandatory by the board for the security of the residents and tenants of Soho Central Private Residences. Guests are requested to claim these access cards at the administration office on the 4th floor.
