This beautiful Suite is located just minutes from downtown Indy, the Convention Center, Lucas Oil Stadium, IU and downtown. Walking distance to the most trendy area of Mass Ave and Centerpoint Brewing Company. The main bedroom and kitchen are open concept with a 55 inch smart TV. Enjoy cooking or relaxing in bed while watching your favorite movies. Kitchen is stocked with cooking utensils so that you may prepare your favorite meals. Plush bed linens on all the beds. The other room is a bunk bed.

Eignin
The space is perfect for 1 or 4. Bunk beds in the bedroom and open concept kitchen & master bed. Seating for 4 at the kitchen bar and 2 other chairs for setting back watching a movie on the 55 inch smart TV. It is a cozy space with windows looking out at beautiful full trees. It's a great place to lay in bed under the glistening chandelier having a nice cup of coffee or wine. All plush linens are included and you will find yourself making this your home.

We have a zero-tolerance policy for parties or gatherings. We use a noise sensor to detect the noise level inside the suite, a people counter which counts the number of people nearby, in addition to numerous neighbors who are understandably more sensitive during this time. The guest amount on your reservation must match the number of guests that will be inside the suite at any given time. We do utilize our local law enforcement if you cannot abide by these rules and you will be asked to vacate at your own expense.

You are right near downtown and walking distance to Mass Ave. the most trendy street in Indy. Also, right around the corner is Center Point Brewery.

I moved to Indianapolis, Indiana from Chicago, Illinois in January of 1985 to care for my elderly Mother. I purchased a duplex, now" The Indy Loft" to live in one part and Airbnb and rent the other half. It has been a wonderful experience. I also have helped many other people in Indiana wanting to turn homes & condos to Airbnb's and have hosted the properties. I was contacted by a person out of state who owns a 10 unit building in Indianapolis near Mass Ave. I have turned the entire building into Airbnb's and I host all units for him. It has been a success and he has become someone I call my friend. It has been a pleasure working with him and we are looking forward to a great future working together and bringing wonderful experiences to traveling guests in other states. I have been doing vacation rentals now for 19 years. I started in Saugatuck, MI with lake homes in resort areas, then Montreal, Canada, Chicago and even Guadalajara, MX where I have had a home for 14 years. Being a host is the most rewarding job anyone could ask for. I do this full time and plan on continuing doing this work until I cannot anymore. I am also in the process of working on setting up Airbnb's in Arizona in 2021. I look forward to hosting you and I hope I will get the chance to meet you on your travels.

NOTE: Our cleanings are performed after each guest stay and are extremely thorough and of very high standards. The cleaning involves wiping and disinfecting of all hard surfaces in kitchens, bathrooms, and living spaces. The floors are swept and mopped, and carpets are vacuumed. All bedding material are laundered thoroughly after each guest stay. This ensures the safety and comfort of all future guests that stay at the home.
