The studio has everything you can want or need and is a stone throw to the beautiful main beach. You are situated right of Hastings street with some many great spots on the doorstep. If you are looking for a night in the BBQ facilities by the pool in the complex are fantastic. Seriously cannot recommend this place any higher. We will be back again”

Our Studio is on Hastings St Noosa Heads. It is at the western end of Hastings St so very close to the quiet and extensive Noosa Woods parklands.

It is a studio which has its own entrance, bathroom, kitchen facilities and lounge area.

Our Studio is :
A very well furnished upmarket unit with a King bed
A bathroom with a very spacious feel as it has a window into the Studio (the window has a blind for privacy if so desired)
Unlimited free NBN broadband internet wifi
A Smart Samsung TV with Foxtel, Netflix, Stan, YouTube etc and an associated lounge for your viewing comfort
A refrigerator with freezer

FYI We also own a one bedroom unit being our "Wantima 1 bdrm Hastings Street" next door which may be of interest and if you wish a larger space you can combine the studio and one bedroom unit into a 2 bedroom space, see that listing as "Wantima 2 bdrm Hastings Street".

The best part of our unit is that after parking your car you can leave it there for your whole holiday while enjoying all that Noosa has to offer, walking to the best restaurants and to the Main Beach.

If you want to swim at the Main Noosa Beach it is just a walk across Hastings St. However for your convenience the apartment block boasts a beautiful large pool area which is bathed in sunshine all day with plenty of room for everyone to lay beside the pool. Next to the pool is a well-equipped BBQ and dining area.

I co host all our holiday rentals with my husband Garry. We live in Sydney-Australia & have been married 45 years. We have four children and 9 grandchildren. We all, including family, love travelling between our holiday rental properties in Jervis Bay NSW, Noosa Heads in Queensland (Australia) & our 3 properties on the South Island in New Zealand. We started holiday renting our 1st property 25 years ago. 5 rentals later, a lot of renovations & a continual updates of fixtures & furnishings, & my passion for redecorating is something I love doing. The joy I get in rebuilding & renovating our properties, to create the perfect space & homes for our guests, & as well as ourselves, is a constant craving of mine. I have also thoroughly enjoyed communicating with our guests, some of whom have been staying at our properties for years. We would love to welcoming you to our homes in Australia and New Zealand, so you may also enjoy them as much as we do. Our apartment managers Chris & Di are available 7 days a week from the hours of 9am-4pm. There is always an after hour number to call as well in case of emergency. However there is a after hour call out fee of $125.00 payable by the guest, if the call out is not considered to be an urgent problem. This fee is also payable if guests loose their keys & require an after hours call out to gain access. Replacing lost keys will need to paid for @ cost of $50.00
