The perfect beachside escape for couples. Nestled in a private leafy corner of one of Sunshine Beaches most desirable locations at the Duke St end of Crank St. This spacious, sunlight filled and breezy townhouse is a 150 m easy walk to Sunshines pristine patrolled white sandy beach and has Duke Street village, with its award winning restaurants and fabulous cafes, right on your doorstep. Beautiful Noosa National Park just an easy stroll away. World famous Hastings St is a 5 min drive away.

We are so excited to announce as from the 12th of June 2020, we will be allowed accept holiday bookings from guests within 250km of our location. We cannot wait to welcome you back to the beautiful beach :-). Please note the government restrictions will only be eased if we abide by the current regulations. This June date may be subject to change depending on the situation and further lockdowns may occur beyond our control.

The apartment is set over three split-levels, creating a wonderful sense of space and multiple living zones. Professionally styled with chic cosy coastal hues and locally sourced decorative items, complimenting natural bamboo floors and large open windows and doors which bring the outdoors in.

The sunlight filled living area is set on the main level of the townhouse and features high vaulted ceilings. This level also opens up to a large north-facing balcony which enjoys ocean glimpses and cool sea breezes, and is the perfect place to unwind after a long day at the beach.

The open plan kitchen and dining area are a just few steps up on the top floor and are serviced by yet another balcony and a powder room and separate laundry.

The spacious bedroom and ensuite are situated on the lower level of the apartment and open out through sliding doors to a private and leafy undercover courtyard complete with ocean glimpses and the sounds of the surf.

The townhouse is complete with a pool in the complex and a single undercover carport.

The apartment also has ceiling fans throughout and air conditioning in the bedroom, Smart TV and complementary wifi.

Crisp white hotel grade linen and luxury towelling along with beautiful locally produced organic SAYA bathroom products are provided. Beach towels are also provided for your use.

You will have exclusive access to the entire apartment and undercover single carpark. You will also have access to the pool located in the complex.

Noosa Council - No Party Policy and Noise Restrictions
Noosa Council has imposed a no party policy along with strict noise restrictions in the Noosa shire. Please ensure you keep noise to a minimum especially after 9pm at night. The Council are now fining guests if the policy is not adhered to.

Noosa and Sunshine Beach are growing thriving areas and building works and renovations are common. Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for any noise from neighbouring properties caused by building or renovation work. No refund or reduction of tariff will be offered for noise from building or renovation work on neighbouring properties. We cannot be held accountable for any disturbance or inconvenience caused.

Please be careful when opening and closing the plantation shutters. They are very delicate and if roughly opened they will snap at the side.

****CHANGEOVERS ON PUBLIC HOLIDAYS - if you are departing on a public holiday and it is a changeover booking an extra $80 surcharge will apply to your cleaning fee. This will be added closer to the time depending on when bookings are accepted****

This townhouse is set over three levels however there is only a few steps between each level (not full staircases).

High chair, porta cot and baby gates can be arranged with advanced noticed if required (minimum 72 hours notice to organise thank you).

If you wish we can arrange a single fold away bed to be delivered to the house for your use. The cost of the bed is $60 per week plus $30 extra linen hire. Please let us know upon booking if you wish for us to organise this for you and we can ask Holiday Hire to forward you an invoice.

For bookings for 10 days or more we can organise a mid stay clean and linen change. Please let us know prior to your arrival (please note this will be at a cost to the you as the guest).

Sunshine Beach's Duke St is literally steps away and boasts award winning restaurants, a choice of fabulous cafes and there is also a handy little general store. Sunshine Beach Surf Club is also less then a 200m walk away. Sum Yung Guys is listed in the top 100 restaurants in Australia. They also have just opened a take away next door so you can now enjoy it on our balcony :-)

Lion's Head and Noosa National Park is a short stroll north along the beach.

Noosa’s Hastings Street is an 8 minute drive. Funky Noosa Junction with its eclectic range of cafes, restaurants and shops is less then 5 minute drive away. Or leave the car at home - regular buses servicing the Noosa area are located in Duke Street and are free of charge during the peak summer season.

Coles, fresh seafood and Pardon's fruit shop are located at Noosa Junction, a 5 minute drive or bus ride away.

I recently returned to Australia after working in Asia for the past 12 years and am very much enjoying the fabulous weather and lifestyle in Brisbane, and best of all being closer to friends and family. I am still exploring all the great things this city has to offer. As a frequent traveller myself, I know first hand what it is like to go to a new city and have had many amazing (and some not so amazing) hotel experiences.
