The home is quiet and the room is nice with a private Kitchenette with a sink, cabinets, dishes etc. and a Refrigerator & Microwave; (everything that you will need to prepare simple meals), in a peaceful and safe North Tacoma neighborhood. The Private Bathroom is in your room; en-suite. Close to Point Defiance, Proctor District, Old Town, Point Ruston and the Point Ruston Development. This residence has an upgraded WiFi system that is fast and reliable, with a strong signal about 70+ mps.

Serenity is here, in your room and the neighborhood. Soak it in. Your room is located in a N.W. corner of the building, giving it an atmosphere of privacy and tranquility; with a view of the on-street parking out front. It is spacious and roomy. Your full bathroom is totally Private...to be used only by you, with the private entrance located inside your room. There is a Private Kitchenette in the room; to be used only by you. The kitchen is small, but should have everything that you need to prepare simple meals. You are able to enjoy the tranquility of the home and neighborhood on your schedule and at your leisure.
Note *** this space is very private. As such it does not come with a laundry room or access to a laundry room.
There is no access to the rest of the house

The neighborhood is so completely safe that you will feel total safety while going for a stroll, at anytime of the night or day. With nothing to be concerned about you can enjoy your walk or exercise with leisure.

We live in North Tacoma. My wife was born in the Philippines and I'm a natural born American and we've been married since 2009. We love to travel and see new places, and enjoy new experiences. or go for a hike. We don't want to stay in expensive hotels, but we do need comfort and safety. We want to share our home with other travelers, and we want them to be comfortable and feel safe. Our home is in the safest and most attractive family type area that we have ever seen. And Tacoma! We love our city and all it has to offer. We are close to some attractions that might interest other travelers; and our location is also a good "jumping off" point to visit all the popular destinations nearby. One of our favorite travel destinations was in South America where we stayed almost a month exploring Ecuador. We booked through Airbnb! We were able to hike in the mountains, and take bus trips to other cities of interest to us; and still have our "home" port to return to. Airbnb was great for us, and we want to be a part of providing the same excellent experience for others, here in our city of Tacoma.
We plan on a future of helping others create memories while we are also experiencing homes in other places, whether it's in distant countries or the towns nearest us.
