This spacious Studio Apartment is roomy with lots of windows to let in the sunshine and the fabulous views of Victoria Lake. Centrally located near Victoria Park, this apartment gives guests access to the many amenities of Downtown living. Close to shopping, entertainment, restaurants, the technology hub and the many festivals and events. We accept small, non shedding, well trained dogs but DUE TO AN OWNERS ALLERGY WE CAN NOT ACCEPT CATS.

Within walking distance to the technology hot spot, proud home to Goggle, Desire 2 Learn, U of W School of Pharmacy, Christie Digital, Thalmic Labs and Communitech. On the doorstep of Victoria Park and close to the Downtown Core of Kitchener.

Enjoy a morning coffee or a night cap on the large and inviting front porch, overlooking Victoria Park.
During this Covid time we will not be able to host guests that are Isolators or Quarantine. We have a host that is auto-immune compromised.
Also we would ask that you not bring visitors to the unit for this very reason.

Terms and Conditions for Occupancy of YTH David Street Studio
1. The landlord will provide water, heat, electricity, internet and Cable TV.
2. No campers, RV’s, trailers, motorcycles or boats are allowed to be parked on the Property.
3. Absolutely No Smoking and/or Vaping of any Substances including but not limited to Pot, Hash etc.
4. Sleeping accommodations consist of 1 Queen bed, 1 twin sofa bed. This apartment is to be occupied by no more than 3 (three) people.
5. Tenant assures the landlord that the tenants will observe all conditions and terms of this rental as to maintaining the premises in good order and appearance and will conduct themselves in a manner that is not offensive to neighbors and other tenants.
6. Tenant assures the landlord that any tenant who violates any of the terms of this rental shall be immediately denied occupancy and shall remedy any damages or other expenses which are caused by tenant and/or tenant’s guest(s).
7. Tenant agrees that any tenant who is found using illegal drugs or allowing others to use illegal drugs on the premises will be immediately denied continued occupancy at these premises and forfeit all payments.
8. Tenant shall not disturb, annoy, endanger, or inconvenience neighbours, nor use the premises for any unlawful purposes, nor violate any law or ordinance on or about the premises.
9. Tenant agrees, while occupying the premises, to keep the leased premises clean and free of trash, garbage, and other waste. The tenant shall leave the premises including furniture, fixtures and appliances in the same condition as at the beginning of the rental. Under no circumstances shall the tenant make any alterations to the unit.
10. Tenant agrees to indemnify and save landlord harmless from all liability, loss or damage arising from any nuisance or harm made or suffered on the rented premises by the lessee, tenants, or guests or from carelessness, neglect, or improper conduct of any persons entering, occupying or visiting the rented premises.
11. Tenant agrees that in the event the landlord or landlord's’ service personnel must access the unit to make a non scheduled maintenance repair or emergency repair, the tenant will grant immediate access to the unit and will not be compensated for any inconvenience.
12. Tenant may not let, sublet or assign this rental for all or any part of the premises without prior written consent of the landlord.
13. If tenant abandons or vacates the premises, landlord may, at his option, terminate this lease, enter the premises and remove property.
14. Tenant assumes full responsibility for fulfilling the terms of this rental for the period stated and assures the landlord full recourse for the payment of any amount outstanding from the total amount due in accordance with the terms as stated above including any outstanding or unpaid charges that are the responsibility of the tenant.
15. A Pack 'n Play is supplied in the Studio. Guests are responsible for the assembly of the Pack 'n Play and safety of the child during its use. The Pack 'n Play must be cleaned and packed up when departing the studio .
16. Although we accept non shedding, well behaved dogs, we DO NOT ACCEPT CATS, DUE TO AN OWNERS VAST ALLERGY.
17. Tenant acknowledges they have received, read and agree to fully comply with the Terms and Conditions, and the Rules when booking this property.

We are entrepreneurs ....we have 3 adult children.... we have 4 grandsons. We enjoy entertaining friends and family. In the summer you can find us on a tennis court, or cycling on local trails or boating on the many lakes in Ontario. We love to travel locally as well as Internationally. We look forward to having you stay in our Condo. We enjoy interacting with our guests, but from a distance. We want our guests have the opportunity to enjoy our condo as much as we do.
