******* CHECK-IN: 2PM—5PM
• My Staff will meet you at your NEAREST ENTRANCE LOBBY (Ground Floor or 3rd Floor) to assist during registration. Then will accompany you to the unit for brief orientation and will handover the keys before leaving.
• Arrival AFTER 5PM is “Self Check-in”. Padlock Code and instructions will be given on the day.

*******CHECK-OUT: 12 NOON
• My Staff will collect the keys and inspect the unit at exactly 12NN—next 2 hours are for cleaning, disinfecting, and preparing the unit as courtesy to the next guests.
• If you will check-out earlier, advise my Staff at least 2 hours prior to allot time to travel and for proper turnover of the unit and keys. Guards are NOT allowed to safe keep the keys.

NOTE: No 24/7 room service like Hotel. Staff does NOT reside in Cityland.
