We envisioned "La Maison des Amis" as a guest house, a fully independent with a private landscaped garden and superb sea and nature views from a large terrace.

Nestled into nature and removed from the road that connects Porto Vecchio to Bonifacio, yet close to famous beaches, the city center or the marina.

We have furnished it as for ourselves - without flashy decoration, simple and beautiful, quiet and comfortable, like to receive our friends!

I am grateful beyond words to be living on this Island, and welcome you all to discover the mystery of this 'petit' paridise very soon.

My passion for food and wine is what brought me here in 2010! I came here to discover why everything tasted so much better from this soil, then quickly learned the mystery of the maquis! After 20 years in the Wine & Food industry in NYC, it continues to keep me inspired each day.

I urge you to partake in the local specialties such as the charcuterie (meat), fromage (cheese), wine, local honey, chestnuts and so much more! You will enjoy the healthy lifestyle, the slow pace, and the richness of its history and people! ...Not to mention the spectacular rock formations, and staggeringly beautiful turquoise beaches!

Come visit this exceptional Isle of Beauté!

We live next to the house and are always available for our "guests". needs

We are normally present at the time of their arrival and departure but can organize for them to get the key in a lockbox on their own if needed.

We can intervene quickly if necessary and at their disposal to guide and advise them on all local activities so that their stay is spectacular!

Kimberly speaks English & conversational French, Marc speaks French.
