This superb modern apartment, part of our highly regarded Contemporary Collection, is located a few minutes walk from the historic centre of St Andrews, and around 20 minutes to the 18th green of the iconic Old Course, R&A Clubhouse, and West Sands beach.

Bright and spacious with dual aspects overlooking historic town buildings and pleasant communal garden areas. Unlike most apartments in central St. Andrews it features parking conveniently situated only a few meters from the front door.

The front facing sitting room benefits from modern comfortable furniture, digital TV, and large dining table. A superb modern fitted kitchen is equipped with state-of-the-art appliances from Siemens, including two ovens, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine and dish washer.

Two generous double bedrooms are located at the rear of the property, each with dressing table, shelved storage and mirrored wardrobes. These benefit from views towards the town centre and Kinnessburn.

The luxury fitted bathroom features a shower, large bath, sink, WC, heated towel rail and electric underfloor heating.

Additional cupboard storage can be found in the large vestibule space.

The property is fitted with efficient gas central heating system with individual room controls, and provided with unlimited WiFi internet.

As you would expect, the space is serviced prior to your stay by professional contractors and fitted with hotel quality Egyptian cotton linen and towels.

Check-in from 4PM onwards using the on-site key-box. Unfortunately, as we operate multiple busy properties serviced by an external cleaning contractor, we are no longer able to offer changes to arrival or departure times without an additional expedite charge. Any changes are subject to availability and should be requested at time of booking.

THE OPEN GOLF: this property is available to book for the event in July 2022. As Airbnb is unable to offer time-bound changes in cancellation policy we are accepting reservations direct.
