The interior of this home is well-appointed with tasteful decor and travertine tile floors, as well as high ceilings and large windows for plenty of natural light. Kick back and relax in the living room on the classic leather furniture. Catch a quick show or movie on the flatscreen cable TV equipped with a Blu-ray/DVD player before you head out to explore the area. Use the free WiFi access to locate attractions and dining options. Cook up a storm in the bright and open kitchen with attractive knotty pine cabinets and standard small and large appliances, including a dishwasher. This two-bedroom, two-bathroom townhome accommodates up to six guests. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, fireplace, and full bath, as well as a TV equipped with a DVD player. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a TV. The living room offers more sleeping options with the queen-size sleeper sofa. One bedroom even has a Pergola-covered patio outside. You'll enjoy having an in-house washer and dryer during your stay to keep your clothes clean and fresh, and an in-house jetted tub.

Other extras at this home include an external HDMI cable for easy laptop 

streaming and Go-pro, an external audio aux cable for personal music, and a sound bar with

s ubwofer for enhanced listening. There are also two separate patio garden areas for privacy.

*Please note that this unit has a dedicated, covered parking spot. There is no garage.
No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.

Parking notes: There is free parking for 1 vehicles. There is no garage at this unit. There is one pergola cover dedicated spot and several first come first serve parking spots to the side. There is ample parking on the street.
There is a hallway/storage area with a locking exterior door that can store a couple bikes. Exterior door is right by the parking space.



Trailer parking is permitted along Gemini Bridges Road, Cold Springs, and Meador Drive ONLY.



Fire lanes must be kept open at all times for emergency vehicles, (it is not ok to quickly unload a trailer while blocking a fire lane). Vehicles will be towed at owner's expense.


Any damage to the landscaping by trailers, vehicles or ORV parked in off-limits areas will be charged to the offending party. RVs are not to be used on any property.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
