41 Mill Village is a pet friendly cottage at the heart of a 550 acre private nature reserve. Featuring 7 lakes, a spa and wealth of activities for guests of all ages you can enjoy walking, cycling, tennis, paddle boarding, fishing, sailing and swimming (spa heated pools or lakes!). With a large solar array and free dedicated Electric Car Charger, Mill Village is equally suited to couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends (pets).

Eignin
41 Mill Village is a traditional cotswold stone cottage contemporarily furnished and equipped. Equally suitable for romantic breaks, families or gatherings of friends. At the heart of a 500 acre private nature reserve, the cottage is set amongst 7 lakes with a wealth of trails for walking and cycling.

Inside, the master bedroom has far reaching lake views through french doors over neighbouring Mill Lake. A king size oak sleigh bed, desk and built-in wardrobe complete the master bedroom. The second bedroom also features a king size oak sleigh bed, french doors looking out over the Village and en-suite (walk-in shower). Two further bedrooms are made up with two single bunk beds and two twin beds (roll out trundle) served by a family bathroom with a mains fed shower over a bath.

Downstairs, the open plan living room centres around an Inglenook fireplace and large log burner. A large L-shaped sofa and smaller 2 seater comfortably cater for 8 guests. Entertainment is provided by a 40" 4K Smart TV, Sonos streaming music player and super fast Gigaclear fibre broadband. The chunky oak dining table sits eight and the kitchen is fully equipped and stocked for guests (including both Nespresso and Aeropress coffee makers). There is a downstairs toilet and utility room with washing machine. French doors in the living room lead out to a covered section of decking and then deck extension that comfortably seats 8 for al fresco dining and BBQs on the bank of the start of the river Thames.

You will be renting directly from us, the owners, rather than through a third party agency. Having bought our first holiday home down the road in 2014 we wanted a complementary cottage that offered additional activities for not only guests but our friends and family to enjoy.

As long term pet owners, we know how challenging it can be to find pet friendly accommodation. Our old Spaniel really enjoyed his time at Mill Village and we hope that if you are pet owners, your dog will enjoy the area as well!

We welcome guests to bring one well behaved dog. Please contact us if you would like to discuss bringing more than one dog with you.

It is a condition of ownership we aren’t able to accommodate more than 8 folks total (including toddlers). The development has a strict policy of not admitting hen, stag or sports groups. Please contact us for pre-approval before booming if you are not a mixed gender group.

Við bjóðum Mill Village fullkomlega upp á Air bnb þegar við erum ekki að nota það svo að þú getir einnig notið kyrrðarinnar og friðarins (og vatnaíþrótta!) sem hægt er að njóta innan Cotswold Water Park
