OVERVIEW
This apartment is 500 square feet plus a patio in the back. Includes air conditioners both in the living room and bedroom, full kitchen, King size bed in the bedroom, pull-out sleeper sofa in the living room, large flat screen TV, your own private full-size washer & dryer, free convenient designated parking spot, and free Wi-Fi Internet.

THE INTERIOR
This cozy one-bedroom one-bath ground-floor apartment is located in a basic but charming older two-story apartment building that has a character that is more residential than busy resort complex. The inside of the apartment features tiled flooring throughout, plus granite countertops in the kitchen and bathroom. Nice hotel-quality furnishings, comfortable King size mattress and bedding. The space is set up for ideally a maximum of two persons, as there is one King size bed in the bedroom. But since there is a new couch in the living room that pulls out into a bed that is the size of a Full size bed, it can on occasion host three persons for a small additional charge. The back patio has outdoor furniture with a table and seating for three and bamboo fencing. There is a ceiling fan and air conditioner in the living room, plus an additional air conditioner and ceiling fan in the bedroom. The bathroom has a walk-in style shower with a granite countertop on the vanity.

WHAT'S INCLUDED INSIDE
A set of linens and pillows and a comforter are provided in addition to a set of bath towels and beach towels plus two beach chairs and an igloo cooler. A starter set of body wash, shampoo and conditioner and lotion, paper towels, toilet paper, etc are also provided. The kitchen has a full size refrigerator with ice maker, new gas range with stove and oven, dishwasher, plus small appliances including a coffee maker, toaster, and blender in addition to a wide array of kitchen utensils, silverware, glasses and mugs, plates and bowls, pots and pans, etc. This condo also has is own full size washing machine and a full size dryer inside. There is also a hair dryer and an iron.

THE EXTERIOR
While the interior of the apartment is updated in a new style, keep in mind the apartment building is an older building and so the exterior of the building by no means looks like a grandiose resort. However, the location right off South Kihei Road is highly desirable and parking in your own designated spot is super convenient. So, I hope my guests are on board that this apartment building is not so much about the exterior having super curb appeal, but rather it is all about being cozy and comfortable inside the apartment and most importantly being only steps away to the gorgeous beaches and activities and fun shopping and dining in the area!

FREE DESIGNATED PARKING SPOT
Parking in a designated parking spot adjacent to the apartment building is free, and the parking spot is reserved for your exclusive use during your stay.

NO SMOKING
The apartment building prohibits smoking both indoors and outdoors.

QUIET HOURS
As this is a neighborhood style apartment building with neighbors next door and above, quiet hours are expected to be observed between 9pm and 8am.

This charming apartment building right on South Kihei Road in Kihei is perfectly situated within one and two blocks of scenic sandy beaches in either direction: Charley Young Beach on the south side, and Cove Beach on the north side. Connecting these two beaches on the ocean side of Iliili Road across the street is a lovely green lawn elevated over the water providing a perfect setting for watching nightly sunsets. Cove Park is the premiere spot in Kihei for surfing and stand-up paddling, and the entry area for this calm ocean inlet is also located a half block away at the north end of the street.

The neighborhood is well located for enjoying easy access to a large variety of fun activities, restaurants and shops all nearby within walking distance.

Another block away is the large oceanside Kalama Park, which is the site of annual festivals such as Whale Day in February and Earth day in April. Kalama Park has jogging and bicycling trails, volleyball courts, tennis courts, covered gazebos, jungle gym playground, basketball courts, baseball fields, and even a skating rink and skateboarding park.

Grocery stores within walking distance include Foodland four blocks away, plus there is an open air fresh fruit and vegetable market about six blocks away, and the convenience store ABC three blocks away. A natural foods store Hawaiian Moons is located about five blocks south. Additional beaches and resorts in Wailea or Makena, and shopping at high-end The Shops of Wailea, are just minutes driving distance away.
