Our guests enjoy well-equipped house surrounded by 1,1 acre garden walled in by a 2,5 m high solid fence securing intimacy and safety for the playing children. We provide numerous, pleasantly furnished rooms, bathrooms and open spaces inside. The house is furnished with modern amenities, free Wi-Fi, DVD player, 60” plasma, music equipment, table football, cymbergay, etc. On large terrace you can find shielded, heated swimming pool giving opportunity to spend nice time even on gloomy rainy days. Volley ball court and three-stand garage available as well.

The house is entirely dedicated for our guests which means you and your family will enjoy your stay without any additional “supervisors”. The whole is surrounded by a high full fence (2.2m).

1. All belongings brought by our Dear Vistors are to be removed/taken upon Your departure – once rental period is over. In particular, balloons’ residues, confetti and all other decorations making your stay more pleasant. This request also applies to food products, beverages, sweets and other food residues in the fridge.

2. Please use dedicated dishwasher and coffee machine capsules only!

3. In case the connecting of Your external or another auxiliary sources to in-house AV equipment causes its disconnection and/or shutdown You are kindly requested to restore its original settings.

4. Smoking in the house is strictly prohibited. You are allowed to smoke outside. All cigarette butts and other “smoking related” leftovers are to be placed in the dedicated collection buckets. Should cigarette ends, matches or other “smoking utensils” be found within the property (indoors or outdoors) then the Visitor shall be charged with all the expenses needed to restore the affected premises to the condition that existed before the rental period.

5. Blankets and beddings are to be used inside the house only! It’s disallowed to take these outside to the terrace or garden.

6. We ask You not to have your meal in the bed.

7. Dishes are to be put free from food leftovers into dishwasher. Dishwasher is not a waste bin and is designed only for washing but not for wastes disposal. Pots and pans are to be hand washed to avoid dishwasher damage.

8. Camping on the lawn is not allowed. Cars are not allowed on the grassed areas.

9. Particular attention needs to be paid to children who love to scatter stones over the lawn and the pool area.

10. Effects of all activities related to broadband use, pertaining in particular to bank data loggings and banned content sites, remain the sole responsibility of our Visitors. All logs and IP/Internet addresses are stored by the broadband provider under laws and regulations existing in Poland.

11. Visitors take full responsibility for damage on property up to the amount of its replacement value.

12. Pool is available for all Visitors without limitation. Special attention needs to be paid to children playing near the pool – it’s 1,6 m deep. Jumping into the pool is not recommended. Pool is available between May 1 and September 30. Pool is heated however heat pump effectiveness is determined by outside temperature; if it drops below 15 ºC heat pump heating effectiveness is, due to technological reasons, substantially reduced. The house owner holds no responsibility for outside temperature thereby for water temperaturę as well. The house owner informs herewith that Your evaluation of stay expressed by AIRBNB „stars” should not be impaired by lower pool water temperature caused by outside temperature. Pool is available for people only! It’s strongly prohibited to allow pets to enter the pool and their waterbath!

13. The owner offers premises for specified, max. numer of Guests which may not be exceed without his prior consent – this refers to day and night. Furthermore, the performance of pool, sanitary and all other appliances is designed for up to 12 persons max.

14. Minors aged below 12 should be under constant supervision of their legal guardians who hold legal responsibility for damages caused by children.

15. Our Guests are not allowed to modify any in-house installations, furnitures and/or equipment whereas furniture may be insignificantly moved without harming their functionality and safety of use.

16. Common rooms and areas (pool, garden, lawns, parking lot, kitchen, etc.) should be kept clean by the Guest. Activities that produce permanent contamination of shared use space are strongly disallowed. Pet owners are required to remove pet wastes. Pet owners hold full responsibility for damages caused by animals brought to the rented premises.

With the launch of electric car charging stations TESLA, the BMW i3, NISSAN that's why we introduced additional fees.
1. Electricity payable according to meter readings in the amount of 0.10 euro cent for each 1 kWh.
2. The fee for the arrival of each dog is 25 euros.
3. Rental permission is required for guests with more than 1 pet.

The house is located 3 km away from the nearest “Biedronka” or other stores. In the town of Mogilno, an important railway and road transport crossroads, you can find several restaurants and retail outlets. The town itself is located in Wielkopolska, Cuiavian-Pomeranian voivodship, on Pojezierze Gnieznieńskie lowlands and surrounded by farmlands, lakes and forest complexes. Lack of big industrial facilities in the nearest vicinity results in clean environment. Mogilno is one of the oldest settlements in early medieval Poland, a place where Polish State was created hundreds of years ago. Traces of first settlement, protected by entanglements and palisade have been dated back to 12 centuries ago (8th century) which settlement was replaced by a defensive stronghold in the 10th century. The said stronghold was given city rank and privileges by the King Władysław Jagiełło in 1398.
Mogilno belongs to one of the oldest settlements along the border of the Greater Poland and Kuyavia historical regions. Since the turn of the 8th and 9th century until the 10th century an early-mediaeval settlement existed there, at the long narrow headland surrounded by waters of Mogilno Lake from the west and south and marshes from the east. In 1065, a Benedictine abbey was founded there by Bolesław the Generous. North of the abbey a town later developed, which in 1398 was granted a city charter, and which was the abbey's property until 1773. After the first Partition of Poland in 1772 the city became a part of the Kingdom of Prussia, and in 1920 it returned to Poland. Since 1898 until his death in 1910 a parish priest in Mogilno's other church St. Jacob (Św. Jakuba) was Piotr Wawrzyniak.The former Benedictine abbey; church dates back to 11th century, rebuilt in 13th and 1st half of 16th centuries in late-Gothic style, and also later in 2nd half of 18th century in late-Baroque. Facade is from end of 18th century. The church still retained many Romanesque parts, as pillars, parts of walls in the nave, and particularly well preserved are apse and two crypts. The three-winged abbey with garth dates from the 14th century, and was rebuilt in the 18th.
