They have available one bedroom with a full-size bed for $40, a private full bath, and a private entrance with self-check-in. Continental breakfast is included. Private bedroom in a modern stylish home in a prime very safe location. Located at a dead-end street for extra quietness and in front of a local park for a quality recreational time. 7 mins driving to Yale University, 10 mins to downtown and 7 mins to Tweed Airport. Close to many hospitals. Bedroom has a stylish full size bed and a spacious L shaped desk for working or studying. The kitchen is well equiped if you choose to cook. Deck has a beautiful fireplace. No smoking allowed inside please.

My place is within walking distance to Yale, East Rock Park, Orange Street markets/restaurants/coffee shops, and is 1.7 miles from downtown, accessible by Yale Shuttle or City M Bus, both half a block away. You’ll love my place because of the quiet, walkable, family-oriented neighborhood. One new, comfy queen bed to accommodate one or two guests. Two guests is the maximum. - CHECK-IN TIME IS 3:00 pm until whenever; - CHECK-OUT TIME is 10:00 am, flexible only upon request
