Located in the village of Morrisville, this 1893 Victorian has been restored but still retains all of the original charm and elegance of its original construction. Conveniently located at the junctions of routes 100 (N / S) and 15 (E / W) , you have many options afforded you by this location. Just a 5 minute walk to the popular Lamoille county Rail Trail that stretches from St. Johnsbury to St. Albans. Restaurants, bars and shopping make up this hub of the Northeast Kingdom family based town.
There are 2 bedrooms (one has a queen sized bed and the other has a full sized bed) and a bathroom on the second story of our house. You have your pick of either room. However, if you wish to use the second bedroom, an additional fee will be charged at an additional one-half the listed price. A hearty breakfast is provided, otherwise there are no kitchen privileges . We have a fragrance free policy: no strong perfume or after shave. We live in the rest of the house and will be present.

Our Little House is good for singles, couples, and families. There is one bed and one pull-out couch. One mile from downtown and grocery stores/restaurants.
