This one bedroom apartment is located on our 10 acre farm. It's in our garage on the bottom floor. It has an eat in kitchen ,one bathroom (located in the bedroom). We provide cable TV and wi-fi. Our property is a 30min drive from Rock island state park, Cumberland caverns, the Stone door and many adventurous places.

This historic cottage style home is located in beautiful Downtown McMinnville. Enjoy an easy 5 minute walk to local restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, and antique stores. If adventure and outdoor activity is more your speed, there are several river access points, state parks, and hiking trails near by. There is truly something for everyone!

This is totally private, you'll have as much, or as little, interaction with me as you want. Your own private driveway, carport, and entrance, with a code. Your own fully equipped bathroom, and a kitchenette. WalMart is within walking distance. So much to do and see here. Mountains all around, with falls, hiking, kayaking, and you can get the boats from Smooth Rapids for a good deal. It's only a hour to Nashville or Chantanooga. Fishing and hunting is also big around here...
