    If the request hasn’t been accepted by the host and is pending, you can withdraw the request and send a new one with your updated reservation details.

    To do this through the message thread, go to your Inbox, find the message thread with the host, and click or tap Withdraw request.

    To cancel a pending reservation request:

    1. Go to Trips and select the reservation you want to cancel (your reservation status must be Pending)
    2. Click Show more trip plans
    3. Click Cancel reservation

    After you’ve canceled or withdrawn the request, you can then send a new request with your changed dates or number of guests.
