You can choose to make pizza margherita, marinara or pizza fritta. You will be a pizza chef for 2 hours!!

FIRST STEP
I will teach you about the dough ingredients. We will make the neapolitan pizza dough, Seems easy but it is not so. We will do it with flour, brewer's yeast and ... a secret ingredient, so we will mix everything until it will be ready.
I will explane the most important skills to make the best dough.

SECOND STEP
We will try the products used to make pizza. You will have a detailed explanation on the products of our land. Taste the tomato, fresh mozzarella, and olive oil. This step will help you to understand how is important to use high quality products to make the best pizza.

THIRD STEP
Now we have to divide the balls from the dough. I will show you the oldest way to do that. Called "mozzatura" , learned from the mozzarella maker.

FOURTH STEP
I will give you the ingredients to make an authentic Neapolitan margherita pizza. It is the most popular pizza in Italy. You will take your pizza ball, you will spread it like a real pizzachef and bake it in the wood oven.

FIFTH STEP
The most exciting part will be when you will eat your full pizza while I will tell you the story of Neapolitan cuisine and the genesis of the pizza in Naples and of course with a nice drink included.

So I traveled aroud the word and now I'm again into my city to offer my experience to all people who love Italian cuisine. Pizza is our dish of excellence but it is not easy to make it so This experience cannot be done alone.
I will teach you all the secrets passed down from generation to generation. The dough is a secret in Naples.

That's is one of the most beautifull restaurant in Naples.

Absolutely AMAZING experience! This wasn’t just about the pizza, it was about connecting with other people from all over the world, a fantastic in-depth history lesson about Naples from Ricardo and beautiful tasting Neapolitan food. I cannot rate Riccardo’s pizza course enough! Was fantastic. I left feeling contented and alive with the spirit of Napoli.

Bellissima esperienza. Riccardo è molto simpatico e professionale, in sole 2 ore ci ha fatto conoscere i passi per preparare un’ottima pizza che poi abbiamo anche mangiato. Divertente anche il fatto di cimentarsi direttamente alla postazione del pizzaiolo in una pizzeria vera. Consigliatissimo!

Ricardo and Vito are really interested that each participant makes its own neapolitan pizza margerita. They did thìs job with a lot of passion. I can highly recommend this course and enjoyed my first neapolitan pizza so much.

The pizza course was the perfect ending to our vacation. Riccardo was very knowledgable and tells you all the secrets about the perfect Napoletanian pizza with so much passion and fun. The best thing is you do everything by your own and you really get to use your own hands! (While maintaining covid safety regulations) i can highly recommend this experience which is a great value for the price!
