Það sem verður gert

Ciao!!! We will introduce each other and drink a glass of wine so as to brake the ice. In the meantime you will be given a white apron and be assigned to a working station.
First of all you will make the sauce for your Gnocchi, tomato & basil with top-quality and fresh ingredients. While the sauce is simmering in the the frying-pan you will start "getting dirty" and make the dough with flours, eggs and potatoes. When the dough is ready we will start to create our Gnocchi by creating long and thin "sausages" of pasta and cutting them into small cylinders. After that we will start shaping our gnocchi with the "rigapasta", an essential tool to get the lines on the gnocchi so that the sauce will get stuck on them.
Finally we will cook Gnocchi, mix them with the tomato & basil sauce and we will sit together and enjoy our home-made Italian Gnochi.
Along the experience you will be offered unlimited wine and drinks so that you won't be thirsty.

If you have flour allergies this is not the experience suitable for you.

I am Francesco the founder of Pinsa, a company that specializes in baked products like pizza, panzerotti, focaccie and more. Before being in this business I was working as a financial analyst in London where I graduated.
During my studies I was also producing home-made gnocchi and selling them to restaurants in the London area so as to pay my tuition fees and living costs. My gnocchi were really appreciated as I was using the traditional family recipe handed down by grand-grandmother. In my family in Italy every Sunday morning my brothers, mum and I were making tagliatelle, ravioli and many gnocchi for the joy of everyone.

Netter Gastgeber, mit viel Information. Ein sehr schöner Tag, den ich so immer wieder verschenken würde. Allerdings wurde uns leider nur sehr wenig Getränke angeboten und es war insgesamt etwas hektisch und das Essen dadurch etwas ungemütlich. Aber insgesamt war das Essen sehr lecker und es hat sehr viel spaß gemacht. Auch die Kommunikation war gut und alles war sehr sauber und gut erhalten.

The lesson of cooking was meant to be an attraction for my sons, but I enjoyed that as much as them. Francesco is a very friendly, competent and professional cook. We had a good time, learnt something, had a good morning in Padova and the meal we cooked oursleves! What else do you need on a Saturday morning?

This course was so much fun and a great date day for my husband and I halfway through our trip through Italy. Francesco was a great teacher and our meal was delicious!

I highly recommend everybody to join one of Chef Francesco's cooking courses! Francesco is proficient, welcoming, funny, friendly and interesting. I attended the gnocchi course, and I enjoyed it a lot. It was interesting to learn about making the gnocchi, and it was great fun working with Francesco, and in the end the food was delicious. If you're going to Padova, you won't regret joining one of Francesco's courses.
