Welcoming you at our traditional trattoria in the centre of Florence you'll taken to the kitchen by your host Alberto where the magic will happen. Warmed with some wine, you'll be introduced to the chef who will be your teacher for the evening!
You'll don hats and aprons, learn about the special breed and care of the Tuscan cows used for the Florentine steak.
Then we'll begin by learning the special tricks of how to cook the perfect Bistecca Fiorentina. With a glass of wine in hand, the steaks put on the grill, you'll learn how to make a classic Florentine Steak.
Once the food is ready, we will enjoy the fruits of our labor in the authentic atmosphere of the Florentine trattoria with a glass of the best Chianti wine.
And don't worry, we wouldn't let you leave without dessert!

This is a traditional trattoria and Florentine bread is typically served. Sometimes the starter involves bread too. This means we cannot guarantee total lack of cross-contamination if you have a severe allergy. However you are in the kitchen so can observe everything!
