Það sem verður gert
Our tour group will meet on South Beach and start of the touring by trying the Best Cuban coffee and a Cuban specialty.
We after hop on the local Trolley and go to world famous Lincoln Road.
After tasting delicious Argentinian empanadas we take a leisure walk along Lincoln Road to learn about the local history and culture.
Along Lincoln Road, we see some historic building, old movie theaters and quickly go through the latest local gossips and trends.
On Espanola Way, we sit in a Brazilian boteco to do some people watching, talking about the pioneers that shaped our city's beginnings
and taste some Brazilian street food and juice.
From there we go to a hole in the wall, mom and pop shop serving daily made Mediterranean food on Washington Avenue.
It's there where we start to learn about the architectural history of our city from Mediterranean style of architecture, Art Deco, MiMo and all the new futuristic buildings build recently.
We also stroll down on the World Famous Ocean Drive to see some of the most famous Art Deco Buildings and the scenery of the sights where the most famous movies have been shot. We finish the tour with Miami style Ice Cream Rolls prepared in front of us
Other things to note
I do the tours operate rain or shine, so unless there are any major storms or hurricanes tours will never be canceled

I'm a local tour guide for 6+ years in Miami, doing food tours, cultural and architecture tours. I was born in Macedonia, but feel Miami as home.
The Miami concept of melting pot still fascinates every day, with the diversity of food, culture, and architecture available to explore.
I work constantly and try to research all the local and family-owned restaurants that shaped the local food scene and left a mark in our daily life.
Combining the off the beaten path food scene with architecture and cultural walk in the Art Deco District is how I immerse everyone in living like Miamian for a day.

We chose this experience because we were only in town for a few days and it seemed like a good way to get oriented. The restaurants and sites we visited were great and we returned again to several on our own the next day. Mission accomplished!

I highly recommend Faruk”s Food and Art Deco tour! We took this tour on our first day arriving in South Beach and Faruk’s stories and knowledge of the area allowed us to feel more connected to our new surroundings and we especially enjoyed all the delicious food we tasted along the way.
