Það sem verður gert

We will take you to the Northwestern side of Madeira in a open top 4x4 vehicle. This tour starts around 8h30 until 16h30. We will start passing by Serra d'Água, then to the North side, São Vicente and Ginjas, using the old roads (and off road) thru the Unesco forest with great landscapes. We will drive up to 1500 meters hight passing the plateau of Madeira Paul da Serra. Afterwards we go to Fanal where we have centenary Laurel trees (Ocotea foetens), and then "Ilhéus Ribeira da Janela. At Porto Moniz or Seixal, you have time to swim at the lava pools. Visit the unique black sandy beach at the Nort, and before return to your hotel/accomodation, enjoy yourself the beauty of the cliffs, and a stop at a local bar for the "poncha". We will show you magic places that you wouldn't see with a normal car, avoiding the tourist crowds, meeting the local fauna, flora, history, geology, costumes and traditions, gastronomy. Enjoy the landscapes, waterfalls (winter), hidden villages Laurissilva forest, unique volcanic pools where you can swim, a easy walk alonside the "levadas" and Fanal forest.

Joing is on this 4x4 excursions visiting unique places that you would't reach with a normal car. Our 4x4's vehicles has a open top roof where you can stand up to enjoy the nature and take photos. Learn about the Unesco forest, water channels, history of the places that we will visit, culture, gastronomy, local drinks and a lot more.

Excellent tour which takes you to parts of the island you could not find by yourself. Very friendly and entertaining guide. Highly recommended!
