Hello there, we are Mariagiulia and Gabriele, two Italian chefs travelling around the world to bring the Italian cuisine experience through different countries and cultures and to improve our background learning from the people and the traditions we’ll meet on our way. Starting from Cape Town, South Africa, we’ll develop our project moving to other cities and always improving our service as Italian chefs. Therefore, during this experience, you’ll be free to ask for a particular Italian recipe you are curious to learn about or we can suggest you some dishes according to your taste, maybe Italian fresh pasta or recipes from the Mediterranean cuisine. During the class, you’ll be provided with everything that you’ll need: ingredients, kitchen tools, an apron, a chef’s hat and a good Italian glass of wine. At the end of the class we’ll have the opportunity to eat all together and answer to all your curiosities about the Italian cuisine and the recipes we have prepared together, that we’ll send you by email right after the class. We’ve also arranged a special gift for you, so that you’ll always remember about your Italian cooking experience with us!
