I will adjust the tour according to your fitness level, pace and distance. Think about taking a business partner or colleague with you. This could break the ice and give you and them a unique and unforgettable experience. Needless to say that this would be the most CO2 friendly activity you could do together. Zero emission except for maybe a bit of heavy breathing during the run :) Just pure joy, sweat and the fun of sharing a workout together. No suits, no skirts, no ties and everyone is equal in their lycra and trainers. Invisible barriers are broken down when everyone is running and sweating their way through the city while enjoying the vibe.
I have learned over the years that exercising is a vital part of my life. I can see a strong connection between my physical fitness, health and mental wellbeing. That is why exercising became higher and higher in my list of priorities. I started with running over 20 years ago. With a relative long commute to work - in Switzerland long means over 30 minutes - I thought: Hey why not cycling to work? Which I have started 5 years ago. Then 2 years ago, I had the idea to go swimming occasionally during lunchtime instead of running. AND? Oops, all of a sudden I was a triathlete! And I love it!! I have already finished some triathlons and even an Ironman.

I moved to Zurich 20 years ago and know most of Zurich's running routes. There are a lot of stunning routes I can show you, depending on your level. From 5 km up to half marathon every distance is possible. Paces up to 4.00 min/km are possible. Flat? Hilly? Zurich has it all. Enough of writing, reading, explaining and convincing - let us go for a run!
