This is where the Industrial Revolution started, home for many social movements like the Suffragettes, the place where the Communist Manifesto was written, and more than 25 Nobel Prize Winners studied in. Here you will find the First Public English Library of the World and you will be able to see the remnants of the First Passenger Train Station from 1830. Manchester is also a place to discover great music and big names like Joy Division, The Smiths and Oasis. The city underground bars and famous clubs like the Hacienda changed the musical scenario worldwide. Lately Manchester is thriving with more students than ever enjoying the great University of Manchester and everywhere we see new independent bars, shops and cafés that bring a unique feeling into town. I'm so curious about this City and I would love to share my views and the stories I learned here with you.
