PLEASE read. It is with a heavy heart and regret that I have to write this review. I went to Alexis for this experience and ultimately she convinced me that to clear my energy I should do a 10 day cleanse with her for $400+. I trusted her and thought "well, for a lifetime of good energy, sure why not!".
She took my money and on Sunday when I was supposed to see her again for an incense cleanse which is the first and major step in the process, she texts me last minute saying if I could reschedule since her daughter has hives and she has to take her to the doctor.
Sure, ok things happen and this sounds like a bad situation for her. Fine. The next day I text her asking to continue and she does not respond. Again, I text asking and no response. I then ask for a refund since the 10 day process has not even begun and she then responds saying that she's already bought supplies and can't give a refund. Mind you, this is $400+ of my money and she has delivered nothing.
She asks for some time since her daughter is recovering.... Ok, of course. I text her everyday to check in on her daughter and how she is doing. No response. I text her asking when we can continue the cleanse. No response. I text her asking for a refund. No response.
It has been almost two weeks since I first saw her. I have not gotten any refund (not even a partial one) and I have not gotten any services promised to me. This is very unfortunate because I've basically asked her every single day to get back to me or refund me or continue services, but no response.
Overall, I feel completely taken advantage of and sad that I was foolish enough to trust Alexis. I have been nothing but courteous and just asking her to do the right thing but she refuses to answer my texts and/or do the right thing and just refund me my payment since services are not tendered. At this point, I wouldn't want to continue with the cleanse with a person like Alexis.
Save your money. Save your time. Save your dignity. If you want a proper reading and experience go to someone trustworthy who respects their customers and craft.

Highly recommend Alexis. She was SO spot on with her reading. I’ve never experienced anything like it. She was very personable and she makes you feel so comfortable. I’ll be back in November and am definitely looking forward to seeing her again.
