You will create a wonderful bread and a schiacciata that you can eat. Making bread is a way to relax and to give up your thoughts and will fill you with good energy. At the end of the experience you will take home your bread and a piece of my wonderful and old sourdough named Attila 10 yars old!!!
You will learn some secrets about bread and you will find out why your bread didnt come in the best way! There are a loto of little things that yuo need to know for aving the best bread and schiacciata ever! Let's make bread together!!!
I provide the total safe and the distance in the kitchen and everything is sanificate for your arrival. Harmony and peace

A block notes and a pen if you like to write your experience ! To arrive here you will walk from your place or you can easily take a bus number 6A or 6B direction Novelli and exit in Oberdan square.

I'm Rossella, I'm from Venice but moved 30 years ago to Florence.I was a participant of the cooking show Bake Off Italia 2016 . I love cooking everything but bread and focaccia are my true love! Sharing with you my knoledge it will be a real pleasure for me because I love meeting new people and know about them. I am an optimistic and solar person . I partecipate to Bake Off Italia a Tv show in the 2016 and it was a very unic experience through which I learned something interesting. So come and have fun with me! I am looking forward to see you!

You will cook in my home,it's a very nice place to be in harmony and peace. My kitchen is a wonderful one, very big and suitable for cooking. I love cooking together with my new friends and I love sharing it in a beautiful home full of good memories and surrounded by a beautiful garden !

I definitely recommend taking this class if you want to learn about making bread and culture! This class was fun and very informative. I learned a lot and I will finally start making my own bread!

Wauw, if you really want to bake a good bread and have good time, this is the place to be. Rosella is a brilliant story-teller and friendly host. She can teach you a few words in Italian as you go along ;) Grazie Rosella!

An absolutely must do! Rosella is such an expert. She makes everything from scratch in her kitchen. She’s also very jolly and wonderful. I would recommend this to everyone!

I know it sounds like just a bread-baking class. But Rosella put a lot work into preparing for our class and into the class itself. She is very entertaining and has a lot of knowledge beyond what she is teaching. Highly recommend her classes for an “ordinary” experience when in Florence!

Rosella was a very engaging host and her enthusiasm was contagious! While I was a solo traveller, she created an atmosphere that made me feel welcome. It felt like baking together at a friend's house rather than a class.
