CLASE DE COCINA! Los lunes, martes, miercoles y viernes tienes un Must Stop en Buenos Aires.
En el calido y tranquilo barrio de Villa Urquiza, tomaran una clase que la recordaran de por vida.
Mi nombre es Nacho Bravo, soy el chef, profesor y creador de esta experiencia.
Abrimos las puertas a las 17hrs hrs y recibirán un cerveza de bienvenida.
Comenzaremos la clase aprendiendo a PRENDER EL FUEGO, siguiendo por la presentación de los diferentes cortes de carne, que luego aprenderán los mejores secretos para deleitar a sus futuros comenzales. Durante todo el trayecto de la misma tendrán la posibilidad de tomar y degustar vinos de los principales productores de nuestro país.
Ofrecemos un Menú variado y abundante:

- Chorizo, Morcilla, Chinchulines y Mollejas.
-Entraña de vaca, Matambrito de Cerdo, famosa tira de Asado de vaca
-Carne Dry Age (madurada 45 días) PREMIUM.
-Distintas verduras a la parrilla.
-Postre según estación.
-Agua libre

Es una experiencia en la cual aprenderán y comerán de manera agasajante. Podrán venir solos, en familia o con amigos!

Tambien soy dueño del catering de asados mas famoso de argentina EVENTOS PARRILLEROS, lidero la gastronomia de la villa deportiva AREIA y me encuentro en proceso de construccion de nuevas experiencias en el mundo gastronomico. I enjoyed this Asado Workshop with a colleagued while working in BA. This was by far the best meal we have had so far in Argentina! Nacho was a great instructor, so not only did we enjoy delicious asado - we also learned how to make the salsas and prepare the meat. Throughout the evening we also sampled several wines from across the country. Highly recommended!

Ignacio really has somethng special here. The environment is intimate, the group size is small, and the selection you experience is wide. If you want to experience traditional Argentinian barbecue, this is the experience for you. Highly recommended.

Ignacio really knew his stuff. He was a serious, experienced host and really knew what he was doing. I came away knowing so much more than I ever could have figured out on my own. Thank you for such an incredible, authentic Argentinian experience!

This experience was one of my favourite so far! The grilled food was exquisite. The host took his time and explained all you needed to know about the different cuts of meat as well how to make the proper fire for cooking the meal. The wine and cider was pretty good too.

This was the best thing I did as a tourist in my 7 nights in Buenos Aires. If you love cooking, you will love this, and if you don’t love cooking but love eating, you will love most of this. Chef Nacho is very intense, but also kind and gives constructive advice. You will have no trouble understanding anything if you speak English or Spanish. The participants do most of the cooking steps at Nacho’s instruction - build the fire, chop garlic and other vegetables, prepare the meats, and mix the sauces. The Argentinian parrilla experience is to eat a lot of meat over time as it becomes ready, as different cuts of meat cook at different speeds. The participants time and monitor the meats for turning. You will do this here, and there is wine to pair with each stage. There is also the best cider I have ever tasted in my life. The meat, the outcome of our work, was also completely delicious. Towards the end of the event, there is more time spent eating and chatting with the other event participants that you cooked the meal with, as the restaurant staff cleans all the equipment used in the event.

Great experience, loved getting to try everything. Was great fun, and all the guests were wonderful. Chef is incredibly generous with time, wine (so much wine) and food. We almost didn’t want to leave once it was over!
