Take a peaceful break from the city in the middle of the city!

You will get to relax & recharge yourself by leaving the city for a therapeutic break in nature. While hiking through wild areas with forest in Griffith Park, we will focus on meditation and breathing exercises and use nature as a focus of our activities. When we finish, you will feel refreshed and more centered on living in the moment.

You will get to explore some of glorious natural beauty of LA’s largest & wildest park on a hike for a little over 2 miles.
We will discover some hidden natural corners of the park, away from the crowds, as we make multiple stops in a progression to meditate to nature. You will learn some meditative breathing techniques throughout the course of this beautiful experience. And of course, we will see incredible views and get some gorgeous, memorable photos along the way.

You can also book this as a private experience, so it’s great for groups and families. And for organizations it is great for teams and team-building.

Other things to note:
Arrive at meeting point 15 minutes early & use restroom before.
Wear comfortable shoes - we'll walk a little over 2 miles.
Remember sun protection & sunglasses.
