The class is for anyone suffering with hip pain & tightness which may cause back pain, sciatica or any kind of lower body soreness.

The hip area including hip flexors is one of the most commonly tight area for most people, whether active or inactive,the inactive is like sitting too much, when you sit, the angle of hip causes the hip flexor to be in a tight, shortened position. the active is like running,cycling, stair climbers and elliptical machines all pull the hip flexor into that short, tight position on repetitive basis.

What it looks like, I will guide you:


1. to invite you to interact with me to know your body better for both us

2. to sync up your body and your breath


3. to roar out “Lion’s breath” to warm you up and boost your energy

4. to flow “Yoga for Hip Pain & Tightness” to build strength, flexibility, resilience and correct poor alignment

5. to meditate in Savasana for relaxing and letting go


With that said “nothing is certain except pain and taxes”, welcome your health and mobility through love and self-care.

Qiuyue is an excellent teacher! She took the time to ask me questions beforehand & made a routine tailored to my needs. It was a wonderful session - challenging & fulfilling! I’m so thankful & will be doing another session soon! ❤️

I have been in a lockdown for over 2 months now and practicing with Qiuyue is a wake-up call for me to keep active. She is wonderful and patient with me as a beginner. Under her instructions I was able to find problems within my right side body. It was an encouraging experience for me and definitely will recommend it to my friends!

I was lucky enough to sit down with Qiuyue in the real setting. She knows how to de-rust any body. I visited many physiotherapists and nobody has noticed my hips are basically stiff as hell. I got plenty of tips from Qiuyue and now I am practising proper pigeon and frog poses every other day. She was a considerate and attentive teacher

This experience is a great experience to get reintroduced to yoga and deepen my stretching practice. I found Qiuyue patient and knowledgeable. Her directions are easy to follow and she has a positive attitude throughout the experience making the season pleasant and uplifting. I feel I now know where in my body I can further stretch and practice better balance in. I recommend this class to anyone who wants to work on their Hips, back and deepen their yoga practice.

I beta-tested Qiuyue's class. Qiuyue is a great teacher who personalizes the routine based on your individual needs. She is also very passionate and patient. I enjoyed the class, and would recommend it to anyone looking to learn about how to stretch for hip pain and tightness.
