It was an amazing experience! The restaurant in which the workshop will take place feels warm and authentic. Andrea speaks good English and knows a lot about Puebla and Mexican food. We were really surprised by the special cocktails that were served (and included in the price). And, also important, the food was delicious. Don't come hungry! Definitely recommended!

This experience was superb. The atmosphere was great. Puebla is a beautiful city and Andrea knows her stuff. She gave me the background on how mole was created, which is fascinating. I actively participated in the entire experience. I traveled from CDMX and honestlywish I would've stayed overnightbecausethere is so much to see in Puebla. The staff was very friendly. I felt like I was at home. This is definitely an experience I would repeat. Gracias por todo!!

Loved this class! Andrea did a wonderful job introducing the history of Poblano cuisine while also giving clear instructions and making the mole making process super fun. Come hungry! You'll eat little snacks along the way and enjoy the delicious fruits of your labor at the end.

This is a great class for getting to know Poblano cooking. Andrea listens and seems to understand the type of experience you want and gauges the time accordingly. She gave really interesting context to the city and the food as well as her families personal background. The whole staff is super accomidating and the food is delicious

Learning how to make molé with Andrea was such a special experience. The class started with her taking us out onto the historic Santa Clara street to explain the history of old Puebla. Then she took us on a tour of her beautiful restaurant and told us the story of her grandmother, the visionary who started what's now become a restaurant empire in Puebla for traditional cuisine. The class was essentially private - just me, my travel companion and Andrea. We made molé manchamantel together, had some delicious coffee and cocktails, and finally ate our molé together with her in the dining room. It was an unmissable experience - if you find yourself in Puebla, go to Andrea's.

An excellent experience that really opened my eyes to mole. I knew it was complex but this really enlightened me. And such lovely story about the family business. Andrea is friendly, helpful and a really interesting, successful person. The food I got to eat at the end of the experience was delicious but I loved the way she encouraged tasting of the raw ingredients and pointed out all of the ‘ready’ stages throughout the whole cooking process. The cocktails are a really nice touch. I got to taste drinks I’d never heard of or had the the chance to taste before. Ancho Reyes (a liqueur made from ancho chilli) was super delicious. Thanks Andrea!!
