After a brief cognitive chat, I will make an introduction on the subject of chakras and crystals, I will describe you the energetic properties of crystals and their related chakra so to bring you awareness in your relation with these stones, based on a very simple keypoint: colour.
I will give you an easy guideline on how to choose and recognize the type of crystals that better fit you and on how to use them in order to improve your life.
I will do this in the clearest way in order to prepare you to set up your future long-lasting relation with crystals.
Then, we will dive into the amusing diagnostic aspect of crystals by showing you my top crystals and have each of you choose one. I will so explain what your choice tells me about you (e.g. if you choose lapis lazuli it tells me that you might be facing communication problems and you are therefore attracted to a stone that improves communication).
We will end with a short chakra meditation that allows you to enrich yourself with the energy of colours and feel good and balanced. :)
At the end you will be able:
- to understand and categorize the energy of whatever crystal you'll have in front of you;
- to choose the right stone for any moment of your life;
- to use crystals as an energetic diagnosis and healing tool.
