Inner peace, love, compassion and well-being are your birthrights but only accessible in the present moment.

You habitually move away from the present moment by regretting the past or worrying about the future so we practice the art of mindful living.

DUE TO COVID-19:

- Make sure to follow social distancing guidelines
- Bring anything you need to meditate(blanket, mat, cushion, towel, etc)

SCHEDULE

Part 1: Mindful Hike

We'll start with a 15-minutes easy hike in Presidio Forest, one of San Francisco's best-kept secret locations!

Part 2: Guided Meditation

Once we arrive at our location, we will enjoy a 30-minutes guided meditation session surrounded by beautiful redwood trees. I'll guide you through a meditative adventure step-by-step that will help your mind and body relax.

Part 3: Open Discussion

We'll end the session with a discussion about meditation and wellness.

Afterward, we'll hike back to the starting point.

Cj's meditation and hike are perfect for those seeking to further their knowledge, or just to get introduced to meditation practice. It doesn't feel nerve wracking or intimidating one bit, even tho my gf and I are very new to it. I would highly recommend this experience for anyone looking to start their day on a positive note. Cj also left time at the end for discussion on anything meditation related. Loved that!

Highlight of my trip! This experience was so amazing. CJ is a very insightful, wise and gentle spirit who has a real gift for helping you tap into the peace and calm inside your soul. I felt so much lighter after our session. The location is also so beautiful and serene. I would recommend this experience to anyone looking to unwind, slow the mind down and focus on the present moment.

Can wa s great overall . From meeting place , spent more time walking to the Nature spot where actual meditation took place . Would have preferred to meet at the forest to avoid walk from parking lot walking on side road . Meditation was half of total time .
