We will have a intro session on how to use SUP (stand up paddle) and I'll guide you through our lesson to acquire your balance and to perform pilates exercises while respecting your body and limits. Afterwards we'll have what I call a "gratitude moment" to stretch, breath, enjoy nature and be thankful for the given life!

COVID 19 precautions- All the equipment have been triple cleaned, soaked in antibacterial solution and I'm absolutelly well and not taking any unwell guests to the experience. Don't be discouraged!

I'm a pilates instructor airbnb.com/pilatesmanly and a snorkel guide airbnb.com/snorkelinsydney. I decided to combine my two passions and offer you an amazing and unique experience. You'll work out, have fun and get a mindful moment in the great ocean environment.

The practice of Stand Up Paddle itself requires a lot of core and you'll learn the basics to stand and to paddle before we start our pilates exercises.

We'll challenge our balance through the exercises on top of the board (few splash moments are expected lol) come with an open mind and ready to have fun! If not a swimmer a life jacket will be provided

Staðsetning

We'll practise SUPilates at a close bay that weather will allow us (less windy and wavey) to be decided the day before of our experience.
We have 2 beautiful bays in Manly to choose from and both views are fantastic!

최고의 경험이었어요 !!! :) 맨리비치에서 진행한 Sup 필라테스 강추합니다. 30분 패들링 및 안전교육 + 1시간 필라테스로 이뤄진 수업이었는데요, 패들링 자체도 처음이라 처음에는 무서웠지만(쪼금 깊었어요) 15분쯤 지나면서 전혀 안무섭더라구요! 구명조끼도 있고 호스트 tamila가 수상구조대원(?)으로 활동하고 있어서 믿고 활동할 수 있었어요. 날씨가 정말 좋았고, 물 위에서 필라테스를 경험은 최고였어요! 물 위에서 중심을 잡기 위해 코어 힘을 많이 쓸 수 있었고 가끔씩 물고기도 볼 수 있었네요! 특별한 경험이었고, 저의 경우 물에 별로 젖지 않았습니다. 고민하시는 분들께 저는 강추요!! 호스트인 타밀라도 정말 친절했고 오로지 게스트를 위한 운동을 할 수 있어서 좋았습니다~!!

This was SO FUN!! An amazing way to enjoy the stunning location, and learn how to do some Pilates moves on a Stand Up Paddleboard! So cool!! After doing Tamila's wonderful Pilates By The Beach, I discovered this experience, so I just had to do it!! I love Pilates, and the water, and I had been on an SUP a couple of times before, but a few of the guests were complete beginners to both and Tamila was able to accommodate us all with grace and ease. It really is a great way to feel part of the local Sydney beach community. Tamila is the perfect host and so enthusiastic, passionate, warm and fun. I feel that we have become friends and I'm looking forward to trying out some of the moves again!! Thank you Tamila for a great time and making me feel so welcome!! I highly recommend!! xxx

My first time out doing SUP, and what a great experience. Tamila showed us the ropes and we all mastered balancing and moving straight away. Once we had been out for a bit she showed us and we did some pilates on the boards. Not easy, but such good fun !! Loved the time out there and definitely recommend Tamila to take you out and enjoy it.

Amazing experience with an extraordinary passionate guide. Tamila loves the water and this experience really brings out her beautiful backyard beach to enjoy.

Tamila ran a great session despite the cold conditions. It was a very unique experience and in a great surrounding. I recommend this to any fans of either SUP and Pilates, and especially to fans of them both!
